Chris comes into the interns lounge where Eve is treating her hangover
with coffee. He has some Polaroids to show her - one is a picture of her
kissing Frank. She tells him that the pictures aren't very good blackmail
material - he tells her that they are just for teasing. She tells him she's
watching her back - she knows how much he wants the Quartermaine
fellowship. He tells her that when he makes his move, it'll be to her face.

Karen asks Ellen about Alice's condition. In very dispassionate, clinical
terms, Ellen tells her the damage appears to be minimal. Karen comments
that she didn't know her neighbour was her co-worker's mother. "Now
you know" is Ellen's reply.

Later, Ellen and Matt are in with Alice. She asks Ellen how long she's
been in PC. Ellen tells her "about 5 years" and she has to leave to check
on a post-op. Alice tells her coldly that she wouldn't want to keep her
away from her other patients. Ellen gives her an irritated look and leaves.
She stands outside the room, looking upset - Matt comes out and asks
if he can help. She snaps at him that she can handle her patient load.
They chat - Matt trying to get her to talk about her feelings, Ellen denying
there is anything to talk about.

The bewigged Kevin and Lucy exchange kisses and statements of love.
Kevin leaves, singing "Alouette". Lucy calls a modeling agency about
seeing some replacement models for Brenda. Increasing my liking for
Lucy, she says she doesn't want "those skinny, waiflike girls", she wants
sexy, sophisticated, Jax women - like her! Rex comes to the door, she
lets him in as Kevin watches from the hall. Kevin pages Eve and asks
her to get Scott to drop by Lucy's and save her from Rex.

Lee and Scott are discussing the drug dealer. Lee points out how thorough
the evidence is against him. Eve comes up and Lee takes off. She tells
Scott Kevin's message and he heads off.

Rex is pleased that his flowers are displayed in the center of the room.
Lucy tells him not to read too much into it. He's there to discuss what
will happen to Serena when Scott is convicted. Lucy corrects him with
"if" not when. Rex tells her the evidence is too much and he has a moral
observation to his dead brother to protect his grandchild. She tells him
the evidence is bogus - he has the drug dealer waiting and ready to testify.
She reluctantly agrees to let the drug dealer come up. He tells Lucy about
sending drugs to various safe houses in Canada - he has the overnight
receipts to prove it (and just what do they say - Delivered to Scott Baldwin,
25 tabs of acid?!?) Lucy says she doesn't believe it and Dewey the Drug
Dealer leaves. Lucy acts torn between believing in Scott and believing Rex.
Rex goes on about only being concerned about Serena. Lucy tells Rex that
she went down to the Caymans, but wasn't able to prove Scott didn't open
the account down there. Scott arrives, pretending concern over Lucy and
Kevin's breakup. He sees Rex and asks Lucy if they are conspiring against
him. Lucy says they were just meeting for business, after snipping at Scott
other, Rex leaves. Lucy and Scott argue about Scott's "drug problem". She
tells him that he seems guilty to him and she kicks him out. He tells her that
he thinks she's just siding with Rex to get Serena for herself. He leaves as
Rex smirks in the hallway.

Eve reports to Kevin that Lucy is okay, then seeing Chris nearby, starts
talking
about rescheduling her session. Chris thinks something else is up.

Frank calls someone to tell them about Alice's heart attack. A while
later, Alice's son, Winston shows up. (He obviously knows Frank from
when he lived in PC.) He sees Ellen going into Alice's room and tells
her he doesn't want her anywhere near there.
