Lucy meets Rex in the bar.  She raves about his anti-stress pills, she wants
to name them Oriental De-stress - a play on Oriental Express.  He tells her
he knows that the herbs she is taking are fertility herbs and wonders if she
still is carrying a torch for Kevin.  She tells him that she is continuing to
take them for future fertility and that Kevin has a new girlfriend.  He offers
to let himself be used to get back at Kevin - he thinks vengefulness in a
woman is attractive.  She tells him bye and takes off.

Lucy goes over and tells Eve to pretend to be Kevin's new girlfriend.  She
is reluctant.  Kev calls and Lucy tells him the plan also - they can talk about
medical thingies.  They tell each other I love you and Lucy hangs up.  Eve
agrees to the date, and Lucy tells her she'll be watching.  Lucy leaves.  Eve
asks Karen about a missing black dress - then Lark comes in wearing it.  She
and Eve spat about it and Lark goes to change.  Julie chides her for coming
on so strong.  They leave the room and Lark comes down with the dress and
a pair of scissors (apparently, she can only cut up dresses in the living
room.)

Later, Kevin arrives and Lark tells him that Eve is in a bad mood.  Eve comes
down in the dress, notices a loose string and pulls it off - undoing the seam.
Eve runs off to change.

At dinner, Rex is smarmily complimenting Lucy and talking about playing
games with her.  She suggests Truth or Dare.  She wants to know all about
his past (truth) or he doesn't get a goodnight kiss (dare?).  Kevin and Eve
enter laughing.

Winston and Ellen bicker, even over her donating blood to Alice.  Winston
mentions how Ellen used to hate hospitals.  Ellen flashes back to her child-
hood and her mother being very nice to her and reassuring her about having
to get stitches from a skate accident.  After the flashback, Winston tries to
reassure Ellen.  Matt comes to tell them that the operation was successful,
but she can't have visitors yet.  Winston goes to the cafeteria.

Scott brings Katherine to meet Serena.  Katherine tells her that she grew up
with Dominique.  Scott sends Serena to wash her hands and then asks Kath
to come over later to discuss Rex.  At the firehouse, Katherine comments
how much Serena looks like Dom.  Scott wants to know all about Rex.

(These next scenes flitted back and forth)
Kath tells Scott that Rex had been in and out of mental hospitals by the
time she knew him.  She remembers that he was mean and unpredictable.
When they were little, she and Dom were playing tag with him - he caught
her and would not let go.

Rex tells Lucy that the family didn't understand what Avery was up to.  Rex
was pegged the problem child and couldn't shake that image.

Kath was crying and begging Rex to let her go.  He just laughed.  Dom ran
and got Kath's mom.

Rex learned not to care what other people thought of him.

Kath's mom mad Rex let go and start fighting with him.  The incident left
Katherine so shaken, from then on she would run the other way when she
saw him coming.

Now Rex enjoys his bad reputation.

Katherine says it's clear Rex hasn't change - only now he's after Scott.
Scott points out that Rex has to catch him first.

While Kevin feeds Eve, Lucy commiserates with Rex about being mis-
understood.  She tells him that people were mean about her testifying
against Scott.

Eve and Kevin are cooing in the background.  Rex tell her it's okay to
be jealous and can fire Eve tomorrow.  Lucy won't fire her because she
doesn't care what Kevin does.  But she's obviously unsettled.
(End of flitting)

Ellen holds her unconscious mom's hand and tells her that soon she be up
bossing people around again.  She also tells her that she's missed her.

Katherine tells Scott that soon after, Rex was committed once again.  She
and Dom used to go with when Avery visited and play on the grounds.  She
doesn't remember the name of the institution.  She tells Scott about the old
caretaker still living at Serenity - maybe he knows something.

Eve and Kevin play up their flirting.  Lucy watches while Rex comes in from
getting his phone from the car.  She holds Rex' hand and starts flirting.  She
goes to take one of her stress pills - Rex flashes back to the chemist saying
the minute amount of poison.  He stops Lucy and tells her not to take any
more - he got a call from the plant that the batch has been recalled.  She
tells
him they need to get on the Quality Control people and he says he'll get on it.
Rex gets a business call and Lucy puts her hand near his room key.  He hangs
up and apologizes.  She understands how busy her fellow Captain of Industry
is - there's no rest for the wicked.
