 My thanks to Nancy Rudgers who provided the update - my tape bit the
dust!

Chris asks Matt if he would go over his back x-rays with him.  Matt
 dodges the request by saying first that he lost the films, and then that
 he ruined them by spilling coffee on them.  Chris, of course, finds this
 very intriguing.

 Gail, Karen, Kevin, Agent Conklin, Lee and Scott all address the court,
 begging for leniency in sentencing.  Agent Conklin even states that he
 believes that they prosecuted the wrong man.  The judge ignores their
 pleas and sentences Scott to 10 years in federal prison.

 Chris continues to pump Matt for information, and Matt tells him he was
 injured at Telluride, CO in 1988.  Chris calls Telluride pretending to
 be an insurance investigator.  He finds out that Telluride was closed
 for renovations in 1988.  Matt is definitely hiding something here.

 Rex tells Lucy that he has decided to proceed with a custody suit for
 Serena.  Meanwhile, Scott is saying his goodbyes before going to prison.
  Karen tells Scott that she would sue for custody if Lee and Gail can't.
  Lucy comes in to tell Scott about Rex's plan, and Karen goes ballistic
 on her.  Scott calms everyone down and let's Karen in on the plan with
 Lucy and Rex.  Karen leaves, and Lucy tells Scott she wants to tell the
 judge that she perjured herself, but Scott won't let that happen.  He
 needs Lucy to take care of Serena.  Just as Kevin and Eve walk in, Scott
 tells Lucy she might have to actually marry Rex to protect Serena.
 Kevin hits the roof and Lucy gets upset and leaves.  Scott tells Kevin
 he should lighten up - Kevin gets bitingly sarcastic and then stomps out
 .

 Eve and Scott are left alone together and they share a very intimate
 kiss or two before the guard tells them that time is up.
