At the police station, Kevin has the open jar of spiders near Rex.  He keeps
talking about the spiders while Rex panics.  (Being severely arachnaphobic,
I only listened to these scenes).  Rex threatens Kevin, but Kevin isn't upset.
Kevin eats an antidote for the spider poison, in case he gets bit.  He keeps
at Rex, reminding him of the boy he knew who died from spider venom.  Rex
finally cries out that he'll tell him where the antidote is.

At the hospital, Eve tells Scott that they've narrowed down Lucy's poison
to something in the plant family.  Scott answers the phone at Lucy's bedside -
the antidote is in Serena's dirty kitty.  Scott and Eve take off.

Gail and Serena are in the park, stuffing dirty kitty into Serena's back pack
in preparation for going to the hospital to meet Lee.  In a totally unexpected
twist (<-sarcasm), Serena starts hopping and kitty falls out, unnoticed.  They
arrive at the hospital - Scott wants to say Hi to Dirty Kitty.  Serena is upset
that kitty is lost.  Eve and Scott get Gail to repeat their moves that morning.
Scott tells Serena to visit with her sister while they search for DK.

Meanwhile, in the park, some playing kids find DK.  They start using it as a
football, then run off.  Gail, Eve, and Scott arrive - tell the kids to "Drop
that cat" - they do and Scott gets the antidote out of the cat.

Kevin sits by Lucy's bedside - she calls him her hero.  They discuss their
love for each other.  Lucy doesn't want to tell Serena that she's sick, because
she lost her Mom in a hospital and doesn't like the.  Kevin praises her lack
of selfishness.  Scott rushes in with the antidote.  Karen is testing it to
make
sure it's not just a trick of Rex'.

Serena goes to Eve who is stitching up DK.  Serena is sad that DK was hurt.
Scott listens as Eve tells Serena how she's going to stitch up DK.  Serena
decides she wants to be either a doctor or a rock star like the Spice Girls
when she grows up.  After DK is fixed, Serena wants to go visit Lucy at the
lighthouse.  Scott tells her that Lucy is sick.  Eve leaves to give them some
privacy.  Scott tells Serena that Lucy ate something that made her sick.

In the lab, Karen discovers the antidote is arsenic!  Kevin and Scott both want
to kill Rex.  They leave and Karen and Joe get back to work.  Back in Lucy's
room, she's talking to a higher power, confessing that she's really scared and
needs help.

Matt is talking about disappearing, much to Ellen's dismay.  He tells her he
came by just to let her know he was disappearing on purpose, not due to
foul play.  He tells her he was glad to have known her and appreciated her
treating him like any other intern.  He tells her he will have to stop
practicing
medicine - a doctor in a wheelchair is too rare.  She's upset about that.  He
talks about having to leave *everything* behind.  Matt wants to talk about
them as a couple, but Ellen doesn't think there's any point to it.  Matt gives
her a number to call if she needs help.  Matt talks to her about his patient
with the spinal cord injury and asks her to give him his assurances that life
will get better.  Matt notices that Ellen's hands are shaking.  She starts
sobbing and kissing him.
