Ellen tells him she's ready. They kiss some more. Kevin and Victor have a talk. Kevin asks if anything else happened at the infamous picnic. Victor denies everything. Kevin's says the police told him it was murder not an accident. Lucy goes to visit Scott and try to get his help with her investigation. Unfortunately for her, Eve and Scott are back together and Eve's not to pleased to hear that Lucy is investigating her. Scott tries to shoo Lucy away, but Eve would like to know why Lucy is doing it. Lucy asks Eve to confess. Eve says that she knows Lucy is jealous, but she's gone too far. Scott throws Lucy out before things get any worse. Julie and Frank, in various states of undress, get up from the kitchen floor. Frank is still really wired. He wants to go out dancing. Julie is tired and tells him she doesn't want to go. He won't take that for an answer, until she shouts "No,". Angrily he storms out. Kevin asks Victor to go to the police about Marcia's death. Victor is afraid to go. When Kevin continues to press him, he refuses and leaves the room. Ellen and Matt are still on the couch making the momentous decision to consummate their relationship. Matt assures her that he is fully-functional. They kiss some more. Scott apologizes to Eve for Lucy's behavior. Scott says Lucy is being protective. Eve says she's trying to break them up and Scott says that won't happen. Lucy and Kevin are driving home. They discuss Brenda and Jason's plane crash and Scott and Eve getting back together. Lucy thinks that's bad thing. Kevin doesn't. They agree to disagree. Kevin turns on the radio. "Tears of Clown" is playing, triggering his circus flashback. He swerves off the road. Vehemently Kevin insists that Victor will have to tell him the truth. He can't live this way. Karen and Joe come into the kitchen excited about the upcoming circus. They quickly get on to the subject of murder. As Frank comes in the door he overhears Joe speculate that even Julie might be capable of killing. Frank glares at them. Matt and Ellen are finally in bed together. They peel off each other's clothes and discuss their sexual fantasies about each other. Apparently through with the physical activity, Matt and Ellen exchange some more pillow talk. The phone rings. It's Grace and she leaves a message about how sorry she is that Ellen's leaving. Ellen feels a little guilty about sleeping with the guy her friend is dating. But Matt convinces her that for this one night they should thing only of each other. Frank starts a fight with Joe, who gets in a pretty good punch before Julie walks in. Frank says Julie's not guilty and storms out. Julie wants to know what this was about, and Joe tells her that Frank just misunderstood. Eve wants to know why Lucy thinks she's guilty. Scott admits that Lucy knows about the bracelet. Eve is upset. Her life is in the hands of a woman who hates her. Back at the Lighthouse, Kevin again demands the truth from Victor. The senior Collins comes up with an unlikely story. He says it was Kevin and Ryan that killed Marcia at the Picnic.
