He has their full attention. Who? Victor declares that it's Cherry Darden, hospital volunteer. Kevin says it's not possible. Cherry wasn't based on a real person. They give Victor's theory a little thought. Kevin thinks that even though Cherry is purely fictional the killer might try to fit someone to her character. Victor says it's time to bring in the police. Garcia is in the Scanlon's trashed living room, investigating. Julie is livid. She thinks Lark did it. Garcia leaves to try and find Lark. Julie wants to press charges. Frank says they'll never see Lark again. Karen goes to visit Neil and his mother Courtney is there with him. Karen does a quick exam and then takes Courtney out in the hall for a chat. They tell each other how wonderful they are for Neil and get bummed about him being terminally ill. Frank reiterates that Lark is gone for good. Joe says he found a necklace that belonged to Lark's mother. He thinks she'll be back for it. Frank insists that Lark will not be back. Courtney and Karen have another touching scene in little Neil's room. Karen lets Courtney stay in the room even though visiting hours are over. Courtney tells Karen her "wings are showing". Frank calls the insurance company and is glad to tell Joe that they'll probably get new furniture. Frank and Joe have an argument over Frank's new attitude towards Lark. Garcia arrives at the lighthouse to hear Victor's theory on the next victim. Garcia is skeptical. They tell him the victim might be a hospital volunteer. Garcia worried that it might already be too late. Hospital volunteer Lark Madison is missing. Kevin has another waking confrontation with DreamRyan in the darkened living room. Ryan is in the mirror taunting him about the "Hospital Murders." Kevin says he's not like Ryan. Ryan tells him that General Homicide is an expression of Kevin's homicidal instincts. Lucy interrupts his psychotic interlude. Lucy reassures him that he's not to blame. Kevin says a third person is too much to explain. He's put these murderous thoughts into someone's head. Kevin thinks he's responsible and they won't find Lark alive. Julie and Frank are in the kitchen chatting. Julie's not feeling well. Frank proposes they go somewhere to be alone. Julie collapses. Frank calls for Joe, who arrives and gives the professional opinion that Julie's not breathing.
