Victor goes undercover!

Victor wants to go undercover at the hospital. Kevin says it is a bad idea. "You will be alone in a mental hospital trying to sniff out a serial killer." Victor says he will do it with or without Kevin's permission. Victor says he can be a very convincing mental patient. Kevin has no doubt about this. Victor confesses that he wants to do this to make up for not saving Ryan and needs to do this to redeem himself. Kevin can't say no after that.

Kevin reminds Victor that he needs to get his medication. Without it he is a sitting duck, Kevin points out. It is an acceptable risk, says Victor. "You are all I have" says Kevin. Victor says that may not be entirely true. (Kevin, you do have Lucy if you would just forgive her very imperfect self.)

Victor and Kevin arrive at the hospital. Kevin gives the admission person instructions for the medications. She wants Victor to sign in. "I will sign this, but only if you give me your assurance that my location will not be revealed to the Council of Martian Elders." Yep, Victor can pretend to be insane pretty well. "Take care of yourself," says Kevin. "You too Elvis."

Lark did it!, Lark is trying to kill me!, Chris worries
about his own hide and Frank cheats on Julie

Julie, Frank and Lee are in a room at the police station. Lee suggests targeting Lark as the possible killer.. Lee points out that Lark could be the killer. Frank says the case against Lark is circumstantial. So is the one against her, says Julie. "Do you care at all that I could end up on death row?" Frank hits the roof. (Could it be a guilty conscience?)

Lark goes to the hospital to see Suzanne. Suzanne appears lucid and Lark wants to talk about the voice activator. Lark begins questioning Suzanne about buying the voice activator. Suzanne gets confused and accuses Lark of trying to hurt her. Lark claims she is trying to help her remember (or make sure she doesn't remember?). Suzanne slaps Lark and accuses Lark of trying to kill her. Lark screams that she hates her and runs out.

Frank arrives home and finds Chris sitting on the couch. (One good thing about DL-56: the Scanlon living room did get a much needed makeover after Frank destroyed it). Frank asks: "Since when are you the cat burglar?" "I am a man of many talents." Chris responds. (If he could break into the Scanlons, any chance he could have broken into, oh the Lighthouse and planted the clown suit in Kevin's dresser?) Chris gives Frank some DL-56 and Frank shoots up. Chris wants to know about side effects and Frank threatens to pound Chris's face into the wall. Chris is extremely curious when Frank says that Julie's defense strategy is to target someone else.

In walks Courtney. Chris calls her a lady and Frank quickly corrects him. "This isn't a lady. This is Courtney." Chris and Courtney proceed to flirt with each other while Frank rolls his eyes. Chris leaves and Courtney says "Good looking and a doctor too. Does it get any better?" Frank reminds her that she knows it does and pulls her into a kiss. She pushes him away only to kiss him again. Courtney points out that Frank can't resist her. He accuses her of flirting with Chris to make him jealous. He points out that she had no trouble going to bed with him when she was dating Joe (wonder what Joe will do when he finds that little fact out·especially if Neil is Frank's son). Courtney says she can do much better now. He wants to know why she is alone. She is holding out for someone with money, class, and prestige·something he will never have. (Like a doctor maybe?) Frank asks her about chemistry. They kiss and she says she is still holding out for that too. Frank asks her if she wants him to stop. She pulls him down to the sofa with her. They have sex on the living room sofa. After Frank says it was just like old times. Courtney reminds him that he always dreaded Joe finding out. He says that hasn't changed. She says she doesn't want Joe to know either. She already screwed things up with him once. Frank reminds her that Joe has Karen now. (Like that is going to stop Courtney?) And what about Julie? She asks. This has nothing to do with Julie, he responds (right Frank. I'm sure Julie would agree. He better hope she either isn't the General Homicide killer or gets convicted·I wouldn't want to be him when she finds out). They start kissing again and are almost caught by Lark. Frank plays the concerned father when Lark comes in with a bruise on her face.

Chris stops by to see Julie. Chris tries to be nice, but Julie sees through it. "What are you really doing here?" (Uh, trying to find out if you are going to accuse me of being the killer next, he is thinking). Chris is relieved when he hears she is going to accuse Lark. Julie says Frank doesn't think she should go after Lark. Chris wants to know who Frank thinks is guilty if not Lark. Julie points out that there are a lot of suspects, including Chris and Eve. Julie (once again) proclaims her innocence and accuses Chris about being worried about his own hide. (she can see that Chris is out for himself, but can't figure out that her boyfriend is on drugs?). Chris accuses her of paranoia. (Duh!)
