Another bumpy ride in the land of Port Charles.

A suddenly so helpful Frank arranges for Courtney to get false ID"s so she and Neil can disappear. Courtney rewards him with yet another hot and heavy kiss. Serena is beyond thrilled when she hears from both her daddy and Lucy via the phone. She informs her daddy that he must rush home, she is about to have eye surgery. Lucy sends cosmic love and happily tells Serena she and Scott have made up. Just then Kevin and Victor walk by, reminding Lucy that she and Scott made lots more than up. Lucy thanks Kevin for finding her. Kevin thinks he should have stayed home. Scott enthusiastically agrees with him.

Serena shares the news with Lee, Gail and Karen and then goes to prepare for surgery. Gail and Karen discuss what great parenting skills Joe has. Meanwhile Joe is not a happy camper when Neil shares his news about a visit from his daddy. He is very unhappy when Courtney tells him her disappearing act plans. He warns Courtney that kidnapping Neil may not be the best thing for her son.

Lucy worries about recrashing as she and Scott sit on the plane. Victor worries about distracting Kevin who is sending Lucy and Scott killer glances on the other side of the plane. Scott and Victor suggest the inflight movie to their respective flight partners, but both Lucy and Kevin think "It Happened One Night" hits a little too close to home (proving they are still in synch even when not together!). Scott is still on his fate kick, but remembering their up and down past was mostly down, Lucy thinks maybe they are better off as friends. When Scott insists Lucy has two words for him - Eve and Doc.

Scott thinks he and Eve had their shot, but is forced to admit he still cares about her. Scott wants Lucy to quit fighting the inevitable. In his delightfully unsubtle way Victor pops over to see Lucy. Lucy tries to explain but Victor (and bless his heart) tells Lucy she is a free woman and that considering hsi past he has no right to judge her. Victor wishes Monk hadn't gotten hurt though, Lucy insists she still loves Kevin.

Meanwhile Scott makes the less than brilliant move of paying a visit to Kevin to discuss Eve. Kevy is way less than cooperative. Inevitably they begin fighting (and may they have many more) when Lucy asks them to please not fight about her. Kevin happily bursts her bubble by announcing it was Eve they were arguing about.

Serena calls Eve still stuck in jail and shares all the news. Frank and Joe are arguing about Frank's mehtods of helping Courtney when the oh-so-dark-and-handsome John pays the Scanlon household another visit. When Joe tears into John, a very innocent John informs him that he has things all wrong, that John loves NEil and would never take him away from his mother. When Neil once again rushes into John's arms, he informs his son (or is he?) that he and his mommy are going to try a reconciliation, much to Courtney's dismay.

Serena is already for surgery, but doesn't want to go without her daddy. Just at the fateful moment, the elevator doors spring open and expel Scott and Lucy. Major hugs all around, especially for now ready for surgery Serena. Eve is happy to see Kevin, happy to think now that she and Scott can work on getting back together until she realizes that Kevin does not share her joy. Eve comes to the conclusion that Scott and Lucy are now way more than pals.
