KEVIN & JULIE MEET :Julie confides to Kevin about her nightmares involving BUDDY Bennett,Greg cooper & Frank although she fails to tell kevin all she had (pay attention to Julie's nightmare It all but reveals that Greg Cooper is BUDDY)

Julie & Eve argue that they know who the Killer is (They accuse each other of doing the murder)

Lucy recieves the phone call from the killer telling Lucy that she is next and said that he or she was there at Matt & Ellen 's Halloween Party and described the costume being worn that day (Narrators Note Now It points To Chris Ramsey more than ever He had a mask on that disguised his voice notice that the speech pattern was the same and Chris was the one that found out lucy squealed to lee about a the alibi being false) Lucy Tells scott about the threat and Serena finds out about moving in with her & Scotty needless to a she is thrilled big time (What's the deal with Lucy having a Duck named sigmund for a pet (How Ridiculous but, then again everyone thought that a pot Bellied pig was stupid
The Conclusion: before the Show had concluded someone had set off a bomb
