Today's show opens at the Scanlon house, with Frank & Courtney discussing their plan to get revenge on Chris. Courtney's going make Chris believe that she's a wealthy woman. While she's visiting Chris, she'll plant the listening device. At the firehouse, Lucy sees a vision of her wedding, but she can't see the groom. Scott tells Lucy that she doesn't need to see into the future. Her future is there with him. She tells him that ever since they found the dress in Florida, she's had the feeling that something special was waiting to happen, that everything's part of some cosmic plan. Meanwhile, a stranger shows up at the door. He says his name's Sebastian Dupree. (It's the man we saw the other day sitting at his desk watching the infomercial) He tells Lucy that he saw her infomercial, & he's looking for "The Lady of the Moon." Courtney gives Chris a gift. It's a money clip. She says she figures that since his big deal with Lance, he has lots of brokers & money managers. John Kanelos left her some money in his will, & the estate is about to be settled. Matt's at Joe & Karen's, talking to Ellen on the phone about the party Joe & Karen are having. Ellen & Karen haven't left the hospital yet. Frank arrives for the party and starts commenting to Joe on how small the apartment is. When Joe and Matt leave the room, Frank checks out the "bug" he planted in the apartment. Lucy tells Sebastian that she's received lots of calls about the infomercial. He tells her that even though he didn't see the lady's entire face, he's thought of her for the last 10 years. While Scott gives Sebastian a tour of the firehouse, Lucy calls Ellen. She tells Ellen that the Duke d'Orleans is at her place. She thinks Ellen should meet him because it could turn out to be wonderful. Ellen doesn't want anything screwing up her life. She tells Lucy to send him away.
Chris has prepared a romantic gourmet dinner for Courtney. He tells her that he keeps his money in the bank. He likes to gamble, but not with his own money. She says she can't believe that he's so financially conservative. He told her a little bit about his childhood with his con father. He said not knowing whether they were going to be eating in fancy restaurants or scraping food from cans made him cautious. But, he'll give her the name of his banker. Then, the power goes out. It does at Karen & Joe's too. Joe & Frank reminisce about their childhood. Matt says he misses Bobby, and tells the brothers how lucky they are to be so close. Lucy tells Sebastian that she got the idea for her infomercial from romance novels. Karen arrives, and Sebastian leaves. While Karen calls Joe to tell him she's stranded, Scott tells Lucy she did the right thing not telling Sebastian about Ellen, & to stay out of Ellen's business. Ellen's car is stalled in the snow.
Courtney can't leave the penthouse because of the snowstorm. Whatever will they do? Well, they start with kissing. Karen tells Scott & Lucy that Neil is Joe's son. Joe tells Matt the same. Matt asks how Joe can be a good father with the schedule he has at the hospital. Joe says he had a good example in Frank, who was more of a father to him than their real father was. He asks Frank to be his best man. Frank says yes. Matt says Ellen should be there by now. Of course, Ellen's car is stalled. But someone has arrived to offer his assistance. It's Sebastian Dupree!
