Port Charles Update for Tuesday, 23-Feb-1999

Today, on PC, Courtney and Frank are listening on the bug they planted in Chris' apartment, and overhear him hiring a PI to check Courtney's finances. Frank suggests that Courtney mislead Chris about her wealth, (or lack of it)

Kevin goes to the firehouse to tell Lucy that he is serious about Eve, and Eve takes it bad when Victor tells her that Kevin and Lucy are having a heart-to-heart. Lucy tells Kevin that the news hurts, but she wishes him well. Scott confronts Lucy after witnessing an emotional hug goodbye between Kevin and Lucy. She tells Scott that she's ready to commit to him only. Kevin straightens Eve out about the heart-to-heart, and admits his true feelings to her.

Lucy's Serena clothing line runs into problems again.
