Port Charles Update for Wednesday, 31-Mar-1999

Hello fellow PC fans. Here's today's update:

On the show today: Matt (swoon), Ellen, Sebastian, Eve, Kevin, Lucy, Chris, Karen, Joe, Frank, Mary and Courtney. Also a nurse informing Matt of some test results he was waiting for.

We pick up where we left off with Matt, Ellen and Sebastian. Matt is upset that Ellen stood him up for lunch. She apologizes as do Sebastian. He claims that he had no idea they had plans. (Excuse me Sebby, she is dating Matt and you had no right to take her anywhere).

Courtney claims that she found the ring and tells Mary, Joe, Karen, and Frank. Karen shows her the ring and MWD is upset that they were in her room. Karen tells Mary to put it back in the safe deposit box until the wedding. Joe and Karen told her what's been happening to them with the undies in the car and the porn magazines. Karen apologizes but Courtney gets all upset and teary eyed. (Yeah sure, I'm buying this)

Kevin bumps into Lucy at the Port Charles National Bank. Lucy is there to finance a loan for more TV spots. She's upset about the scandal involved child labor practices. Kevin tells her that DV isn't a match for her. Lucy is wondering why DV did this to her.


Chris sees Eve at the nurses station. He tells her that things are going well with Courtney. Eve didn't seem pleased to hear that. (Too late sister, you had your chance). She tells him that things are going well with Kevin.

Matt is waiting for the elevator to go get him something to eat since Ellen stood him up. Ellen again apologizes to him and asks him if he wanted to see the ice exhibit with her later. He tells her that the last thing he wants to do is reenacted her day with Sebastian. (Way to go, Matt)

Karen is talking to Frank and he's still feeding her head with Joe's supposed secret life. (Oh yeah, Joe the sex maniac. Yeah, right and I have some swamp land I like to sell you)

Matt and Ellen are in the coffee shop. Ellen again tries to convince Matt that she doesn't have feelings for Sebastian. Matt tells her that he NEVER accused her of that. He also asks her who she's trying to convince, him or herself. (Yeah Ellen, who are you trying to convince?)

Lucy is convinced that since Eve knows DV better than anyone, she's trying to get some info on him. She tells Kevin that she thinks Eve has the answers she's looking for.

Matt tells Ellen about how he and his brother couldn't have friends over because of his father line of work. He wants the Brady Bunch, the Waltons and Ozzie and Harriet all wrapped up in one crazy beautiful trusting family. (I want that with you Matt, if Ellen doesn't want that) He also tells her that he wants to live honestly with no secrets or hidden agendas. Ellen tells him that she wants a future with him. Matt knows that Sebastian is up to something. (Is my sweetie a smarty or what)? He also knows that Sebby won't give up without a fight. Ellen tells him that there is no fight and that he has won her a long time ago. She also says that she had no intention of throwing away everything they have together, especially after how long it took them to get together and for her to trust her feeling for him.


Karen listens to her answering machine and hears Courtney's message that she found the ring as Joe walks in.

Frank and Courtney discuss that display that they put on. Courtney thinks that Joe will be moving back to the Scanlon house. (She's so delusional) Courtney tells Frank that Chris almost outed her at the bank.

Eve gets upset that Kevin is asking her if there's more that she can go to help with DV. She tells him that it's personal with her and DV. (Whatever it is, must be a doozy)
