Welcome to the wacky world of PC where the biggest highlight of the day - without a doubt - was the return of Victor. I was about to send out a search party . Well that and the fact Kevin was dressed all in black - it is a shame if you missed it 'cause man that guy looks good in black. Sigh.

Okay our Tuesday episode begins with Frank and Courtney still circling around each other like the vultures they are. Frank doesn't trust Courtney. He then gives her the ultimate insult - he calls her - oh gasp - toots! Courtney is deeply offended - both at the nickname and because Frank doesn't believe in her innocence (hey do you think some of Frankie's brain cells are rejuvenating?). Courtney still swears she was just gaining Chris's trust (and had a mighty fine time doing so I might add.) All in a huff Frank declares that neither he nor Chris trust Courtney and stomps off in mighty selfrighteous indignation. I for one was impressed. Karen ask Mart, who is getting ready to leave the hospital, for a chart. Mary bristles like a stuck in glue brush and announces she knows exactly where the chart is - she would hate to go around misplacing important things.

Oh - and then we have my ultimate favorite father and son team. Victor and Kevin. Excuse me while I sigh in happiness. Sigh. They are discussing invitations to Mary and Victor's wedding-to-be. Eve calls Kevin cancelling dinner as Sebastian needs an operation (you would think we are being spared Kevin/Eve scenes but I don't want you to get your hopes up). Kevin is amazed that Matt will be performing the surgery while Eve assists. Why Matt? asks my brilliant guy. Cause he is the surgical resident on call replies Eve. (This is pointed out more than once as the fact that Matt has more experience in this sort of thing than Eve but since I am so kind and generous I will save you from the repeats).

Kevin leaves to check on Ellen. Another blast from the past - Dr. Boardman is there to oversee the operation. Joe (apparently recovered from his mifftedness concerning the untrust-thingy) asks Karen for a file (can't they keep up with anything in that hospital? that sort of thing didn't happen when Steve Hardy was running the show.)

Karen tattles that his mom went off on her. Joe recalls losing a key - 22 years ago - and his Mom hasn't forgotten yet. Give her time says wise old owl-y Joe. Karen decided to join Mary and Victor at the Recovery Room. Owl-y Joe suggests boxing gloves. Mary says hello handsome to my distinguished Victor - and he hopes she never gets glasses. (Ah true love ain't it sweet?). Mary and Victor inform very unpleased Frank that their wedding coordinator - who happens to be the ever so popular Courtney - is on her way over.

The very low-tech operation is in full swing. They worry about such heart stopping things as possible paralysis and second leaks. Ellen can't take it anymore and backs out of the room. She is very happy to see Kevin (as am I cause he was all dressed in black BABY - black leather jacket, black shirt, black pants - trust me guys I had major trouble focusing in on what he was saying.) Kevin realizes Sebastian means a lot to Ellen (those one time meetings have that deep everlasting effect you know - especially if they were long ago and far away). She admits to Kevin that not only was she going to New Orleans she was excited about it and is going even though Seb uninvited her. She sobs that without him all her windows will be closed (or something like that - did I mention Kevin was all dressed in black?). Kevin - and this part is very icky so you may want to skip it - knows how she feels cause when Eve almost died he realized her loved her (my heart is breaking -please please please break up this couple! Please!)

Meanwhile back in operation central they are discussing such amazingly technical terms as restarting Seb's heart and that the patient is in de-fib. Oh the anxiety. Matt - the man! - uses these nifty little paddles and fibs him back. His heart starts again - Matt is a hero - Seb is alive - and life goes on.

Mary and Victor can't decide on an invitation cause they are both so nice they want each other to choose. Courtney suggests they decide on what type of wedding and go from there. Ah - micro to macro says the Professor (and Mary Ann - oops wrong show)/ Courtney provides Mary and Victor with a nifty solve all your wedding problems questionnaire. She pops up the bar to see Frank who is still untaken by her. He mock-threatens her food and then real-threatens spilling all the beans to Joe.

Eve informs Kevin and Ellen that Sebastian will be all right. In extreme relief, Ellen and Kevin hug each other (now there is an idea for a couple - one that I could uncringe at). In fact Sebastian - it appears - will live longer than expected (even without the DL-56 shot - that Matt is good!). Eve points out to Ellen that Matt saved Seb's life.

Karen and Joe sit at Mary and Victor's table - Joe lures Victor away with honeymoon location needs and Karen takes the opportunity to brag on Mary's organization and nursing skills. Mary is very unwarmed. Courtney brings Mary and Victor pictures of reception halls. Mary is ultra-warmed. Mary then asks Courtney and Joe if Neil can be their ring bearer. Ignored Karen gets a whisper from Frankie-baby.

Dr. Boardman praises Matt's work (apparently Dr. B has been to how-to-appear-less-stickish classes - it wasn't totally a success). Ellen thanks Matt who was just patching up his competition - says he. Ellen rushes to visit Sebby leaving Matt all alone. Until Ellen praises him. And then Kevin and Eve talk for a while (while I simply gaze in amazement at all that black-ness) and Eve says she believes she did die for a minute or so.....and so forth and so on.....while Tammy whispers like a mantra break them up - break them up - break them up -

Ellen is by Seb's side, whispering words of encouragement - still hung up on the New Orleans' trip. Matt watches Ellen watching Sebastian.

THE END
