Port Charles Update for Monday, 3-May-1999

Zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz . . . . . . Oh, I'm sorry, was I supposed to do an update today? I don't know how this happened, but today's episode kind of put me to sleep. Anyway, here's the gist of it, for what it's worth --

In a nutshell, this was a GDQ day -- oh goody! Basically, this is what happened:

1. Some guy who looks a lot like a character I used to love named Kevin Collins but can't possibly be him cause he was behaving in a very un-Kevinesque fashion was on, making goo-goo eyes at the most brilliant, generous and caring woman on daytime, Dr. Eve Lambert. (And I say that with NO sarcasm in my voice. Really. (Not.)) And this is about all they did, but I really didn't pay attention. It was too frightening for me to watch.

2. Scott and Victor broke into DV's apartment, found a photo of Scott's mother, and a bunch of files on Scott and Lucy. Scott called Lee to find out why DV would have a picture of his mother, and Lee said that Scott's father was once stationed in Africa and hence might have known DV.

3. Lucy (or ‘Evie') and DV were on a plane, I think they kissed (see how much attention I paid to this) and they went to a cabin.

Wasn't that FUN, boys and girls? Makes you feel all warm and fuzzy all over, don't it?
