Port Charles Update for Tuesday, 15-Jun-1999

Woah -- WHAT a day today was on PC! And I have to tell you, Chris was in RARE form! Mercy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The man just was SO intense today -- I was in HEAVEN! Oh, and I have to tell you that the Keebler Elves were just TOTALLY slacking off today -- some little elf is gonna get his butt kicked after today's events, let me tell you!

Okay, on with the update . . . . the show begins at the firehouse, where Lucy walks in bearing Nurses Ball t-shirts for Scott and Serena. Serena leaves the room, and Scott and Lucy decide that they're going to tell Serena that they want to adopt a child.

At Chris' apartment, Chris picks up a photo of him and Eve (and this is ALL we see of Eve today, so no snarky remarks from me!), and then picks up the phone and calls Courtney and invites her over. And I get the feeling that little miss Courtney is gonna be in one big HEAP of trouble when she gets there too, from the look on Chris' face . . . . . .

Kevin and Julie are talking -- Julie says she doesn't think she committed the murders. Yeah, right -- and I'm the biggest Eve Lambert fan on the planet. NOT likely!

And when we return to the show, we see that the elves have been off getting plastered, because if this weren't the case, we wouldn't see Scott, Lucy and Serena eating dinner at KELLY'S! Complete with Tammy the Former Virgin Hooker, no less! Scott and Lucy bring up the subject of adoption to Serena, and ask her what she thinks . . . .

Okay, here's the REALLY good stuff from today. Courtney is at Chris' place, and he wastes NO time getting right to the point! He wants to know why she lied about him to Eve. Courtney says she was jealous -- he ain't buying it. He wants to know how Frank is involved in this. He knows about the bug, too. Courtney is stunned that he knows. Chris says he's known since "I caught you two morons in the park". LMAO!!!!!!! Courtney is furious that Chris slept with her knowing what he did. He said that they both used each other, the only difference was he never underestimated her! He tells her he knows about Julie's money -- she denies it. He's not buying it -- he says he'll turn her in to the police if she doesn't give him the money. She says she'll go get it. No way, Chris says -- take me to it. (Is my man smart or WHAT!) Oh, this was SO good -- he pushes her to the door and says "MOVE!" and boy, did she EVER! God, I love this man!

More slacking off on the part of the elves -- Mac has now made his way over to the PC side of town. Kevin is there too -- he wants access to the General Homicide files. (Comment from the peanut gallery -- you know, I've REALLY enjoyed Kevin the past two days. And amazingly enough, the past two days he's been WITHOUT a certain person in his scenes. Gee, I wonder if there's a connection there somewhere . . . . . okay, so I lied. I ended up getting snarky after all. Sue me.)

Back at Kelly's, Serena says she's cool with the adoption. And wait -- MORE slacking off of the elves! Here comes Alan Quartermaine! Serena excitedly tells him that they're going to adopt a baby.

Courtney takes Chris to her and Frank's little hideaway, and immediately my man notices the telescope and asks who's the peeping Tom, her or Frank, LOL! He then asks for the money -- she pulls out a pillow! Chris is in awe of what kind of idiots keep thousands of dollars in a PILLOW! Also, proving once again that he is the SMARTEST man in town, he comments on how that window looks right into Joe and Karen's apartment, and gee lots of bad things have been happening to them lately . . . . Courtney doesn't say a word. She wants SOME of the money, so she can at least have some excuse to tell Frank. He gives her a little bit, to avoid Frank coming over to his place and beating his door down. Once again, smart move on my man's part -- he knows Frank would wipe the floor with him. Cause my Chris is a lover, not a fighter. ;)

Back at the police station, Kevin and Mac listen to Julie's confession tapes -- Mac is sure they have the right person behind bars.

Courtney goes home to Frank, and he wants to know about Chris. She says she won't be seeing him anymore and doesn't say anything else.

Back at Kellys, Alan talks about adoption with the Deavers, oops, I mean the BALDWINS, and they have a nice, warm and fuzzy family bonding moment.

OUTSIDE of Kellys, it seems that CHRIS has now slipped past the elves, cause he meets up with Janelle and baby Christina and gives her money. He says he's looking for a replacement for her. Janelle takes the baby into Kellys, and Lucy and Scott and Serena comment on how cute the baby is.

Back at the station, Kevin and Mac talk more about Julie. They think she's up to something -- the question is, WHAT?

For the last scene, we see Julie, hugging a blanket, saying "Don't worry Christina. Mommy will get out of here." And the show is . . . . OVER!

Tune in tomorrow to see if the elves are still out partying, as chaos ensues and crossovers galore occur!
