Lucy and Scott make plans for Christinas Baptism. Lucy stresses over what to where to the Baptism. She wants to present herself as a good mother instead of wearing her usual skimpy clothes. They realized they needed to pick who her god parents would be. Scott came up with the idea of Kevin.

Frank convinced Courtney to take a break from Neils bedside and freshen up.

Karen gets called to assist in a surgery, meanwhile Joe realizes that no one is around and decides to give Neil the bone marrow transplant. Karen walks in and says "what have you done!!!"
