Port Charles Update for Thursday, 16-Mar-2000

Allison tells Chris that his breast implant patient, Camille, is complaining. He runs into Julie on his way to see her, and they joke about how two days ago he looked cute and rumpled, and now he just looks icky.
Karen yells at Frank and he pisses her off by saying that she’s just on a power trip. Kevin tells them to chill because it’s not good for the patients.
Courtney tells Frank she wants to move in with him because she feels awkward at Joe’s after they were caught in the linen closet by him. Of course Frank agrees to let her move in and they get all lovey-dovey. Courtney uses Neil to plant the idea of kicking Joe out of the house and moving in there.
Rachel yells at Allison and then she starts some psycho babble on her.
Eve and Karen squabble about how if Karen was nicer about doing her job then she’d have more friends. Rachel tells Karen that if she wants the residents to respect her then she has to be mean. (What is she up to?)
Neil visits Kevin, who tells him to be honest about how he feels to Frank. Frank comes and tells him to get to bed.
“Dona” as Lucy calls her, complains and Courtney graciously tries to help. She does anything to keep her happy.
Eve is offended by some guy who calls her sweetie, because she used to make her living that way.
Kevin calls Gail and suggests that they offer counseling for the staff during the strike.
Eve gets defensive and yells at Chris and Julie. Alan silences them all. Rachel sucks up to Alan some more. Julie tells Rachel the only thing that kept her from decking Eve was getting Christina back. Rachel gets offended because Kevin thought of counseling the staff and she didn’t.
Neil tells Frank that he doesn’t want Joe to get kicked out of the Scanlon house after his mother planted the idea in his head. (Why can’t they all live there together? That would be cute!)
There is a really cute scene with Karen and Julie and “Dona.” “Dona” wants another phone line for e-mail and Julie tells her that she’s forgetting it’s a hospital. “Dona” asks her condescendingly, “Do you know who I am?” The conversation continues like this:
Julie: Yes. Do you know who I am?
Dona: (looking worried) Oh, you’re that doctor that was accused of—
Julie: Murder.
Dona: Of course, you didn’t really do it.
Julie: (mysteriously) Well, according to the jury.
Karen: Ms. Stewart, if there’s anything else you need, Julie will be happy to take care of you.
Julie: (creepily) Oh, I certainly will.
Julie and Karen walk out of “Dona’s” room and burst into laughter when they get out. They have a boding moment and Rachel is in the background, looking creepy about Karen and Julie being friends.
Frank yells at Courtney for doing things behind his back. She tells him she was just thinking out loud, and he doesn’t buy it.
Eve tells Kevin about things and they get all lovey-dovey and purr at each other. Kevin tells her about becoming a shrink again, and they purr some more (is that all they do?).
Scenes: “Dona” insults Lucy, Karen tries to figure Joe out, Scott want to give a little in negotiations.
