Sorry this update wasn't posted sooner, but it didn't get taped so I had to watch in real time @ 2:30 AM.

Scene 1:
Kevin & Eve outside Victor & Mary's door
K: You enjoy torturing me, don't you?
E: Yeah.
K & E talk back & forth until Victor opens door.

Lucy & Scott @ firehouse
L: Where are you going?
S: To see Karen
L: Maybe she needs space & time to be alone.
S: I don't think so.
L: Talks about how he has other daughters & they & she need him. She mentions the threatening ltr. & if they were going to apprehend Julie & lock her up.
S: He knows they need him & he called Mac about ltr. so many times that he would probably be locked up. Besides he hired extra *goons* to protect her.
L: I'm glad you & your goons can sleep @ night.
Serena & Christina enter
Serena: Happy Mother's day.

Opening Credits

Scene 2:
Rachel & Estelle
Both talk about Mother's day
R: Momma don't-
E: Has he got your presents?
R: His wedding will be unforgettable.

Kevin, Victor, & Mary
K: Happy Mother's day to Mary.
M: Thanks Kevin. Mentions she will spend day w/ Frank & Joe.
K: Asks Victor if he wants to spend the day w/ Mary.
V: Don't be ridiculous! Hungarian ritual called "Shaving of the groom" w/ a tribal dance.
M: That's my cue to leave.
V: Suggests playing the accordian for the dance.
K: Says that he was thinking of a good old fashioned bachelor party.
V: Says Kevin doesn't look like he's in the mood for festivities.

Allyson & Eve at nurse's station
E: Asks for messages
A: Gives her a hard time
E: Ticked; threatens Allyson w/ grandmother Amanda. Tells Allyson to smile after she finally hands over messages.
A: Deliberately smiles w/ sarcasm.
E: Sees Karen. Walks over to her & asks if she's in communicado. (Karen is in street clothes.)
K: Says that she's busy & has alot on her mind w/ the Lucy & Scott situation. Explains that she's distracted.
E: Are you working?
K: No, just came by to check messages.
E: Are you OK?
K: Yeah, just distracted.
E: Talks about how they are friends & from the looks of all of Karen's messages, maybe she needs someone to talk to.
K: News travels fast.

Lucy, Scott, Christina, & Serena at firehouse w/ Lucy opening her Mother's Day presents
L: Talks about what great presents she is given & that her most favorite presents are Serena & Christina.
S: Reminds her that she left him out when Lee comes to door.
Lee: Happy Mother's day, Lucy. Says he has good news--the judge won't set aside the adoption.
L: Scott's adoption stands?
Lee: Yes.
L: This calls for a celebration. She & kids go into the kitchen.
S: After they're gone, asks what is the bad news.
Lee: The judge said not one word about the biological father.

Chris & Allyson @ nurse's station
C: Tells Allyson that she needs to file charts.
A: Can't you see I'm already filing (her nails--LOL)
They bicker back & forth & C warns her that she shouldn't cross Dr. Lambert.
C: Walks away & gets coffee.
J: Enters through elevator w/ devastated look on her face. She sees Chris & shakes her head no.
C & J: embrace

Commerial 1

Scene 3:
Julie & Chris
J: The judge says my petition is w/o merit. The adoption stands.
C: Assures her it's just a set-back. He encourages her that she will get Christina.
J: Talks about so many things that she wishes she had done differently, but can't change the past.
C: Has worried look on his face.

Lucy & Scott in firehouse kitchen
L: Gives Scott hard time about wanting to help Karen. She tells him that they need him right now.
S: Says he can do both. Gets a ph. call. He says he's busy to whoever is on ph. List of attnys.? She did huh? OK, I'll be over.
L: Says she guesses it's that woman @ the hospital.
S: Asks what possessed her to go see Claire.
L: Explains that he is busy.
S: Gets angry & accuses her of trying to control him.
L: Accuses him of forgetting who should come 1st in his life.
Serena: Sticks head through the door to hear. L & S are oblivious to her presence.
L & S are yelling at ea. other & are obviously furious.
L: Why can't you see we need you? Leaves crying. Goes through living rm. where Serena has sneaked back into.
S: comes into living rm. Asks Serena if she heard that.
Serena: Yes.

Rachel & Estelle
R: give Estelle a a blue dress.
E: Talks about how beautiful it is. Says the color is like her eyes.
R: Momma, don't.

Kevin & Victor
V: Every groom has his doubts.
K: So, it's as it should be?
V: Yes.
K: Explains that he's never been married, only engaged.
V: Explains that if the timing is right, things work out.
K: Reveals that he has doubts. He suggests that his subconcious will ruin it. He says that he's not talking about w/ Lucy. He says that Grace reminded him of his mother.
V: Says you never talked about Grace.
K: She's dead. He asks if he's thinking about Grace b/c he's about to get married?
V: Says he doesn't know b/c the mind can be tricky.

Eve & Karen
K: Julie's Attny. announce that I am an addict.
E: Consoles her.
K: Talks about blaming Scott & how he took it w/o saying anything. She mentions how furious Lucy was.
E: Tels her Scott loves her & that everyone does. She tells her that if Karen keeps going the way she has been that she's afraid that she'll get hurt.
K: Talks about how she is "realiable Karen". She asks how she can get through her probs.
E: Asks how can she help. she offers to let her off the hook of being a bride's maid.
K: Says no, b/c she wants to. She explains that it reminds her that happy days are still possible.

Commercial 2

Kevin & Victor
K: On Ph. He says I will look into it & give you a call back.
V: Asks if Mac still uses him for psychiatric analysis.
K: Yes. He asks Victor what it is he's holding.
V: Explains the terrible looking green concoction he is holding. He asks Kevin if the ltr. he's holding is Lucy's threatening note.
K: Says yes & that the answers to who's behind it are staring him in the face.

Estelle & Rachel
R: Explains that he'll never be happy.
E: Asks for Livvy.
R: Says she's in the rm. She gives Estelle a pill. She says they will go back to the rm. to look for Livvy.

Chris & Julie
J: What if I never get a Mother's day w/ my little girl?
C: That won't happen.

Scott & Serena
S: What did you hear?
Serena: State that she heard arguing about a lady in the hospital.
They walk outside & sit on the steps.
S: Explains that Claire wants his help.
Serena: What w/?
S: Explains Claire's situation.
Serena: I heard Lucy say that she had the same thing as Mom?
S: Answers yes & explains that Claire is very scared, & mad. He also mentions Dominique.
Serena: You should help her. Then Mom will help her in Heaven.
They hug.
S: How did you get so smart?

Lucy & Christina in her bedroom
L: While holding Christina, tells her she has tiny hands. She says that Christina will grow & that she will be around to see every second. She laughs at the last line.

C: If Frank's out of the picture, why is he talking to a lawyer about parental rights?

K: I can't take a drug test. I can't pass it.

L: Scott has hired extra security.
K: We both know he doesn't need it.
