Port Charles Update for Tuesday, 20-Jun-2000

Lucy wakes up smiling then she see the empty crib and remembers. Serena knocks
on the door and comes in and tells Lucy that it is time to get up. Lucy does a role
reversal about staying in bed for 5 more minutes. Lucy has Serena get in bed with
here and snuggle. Opening Credits Allison comes and finds Jamal to bring him a
tux so he can take her to the Nurses Ball. Joe calls Gabriella to check what time
he said that he was picking her up Gabriella checks that he has the address. Ian
come in and says he’s not going. Eve and Victor are trying to practice their dance
and keep running into the guy who Courtney has moving flowers for her. Kevin
stops by the firehouse to check on Lucy and she is having a panic attack. Kevin
tells her that she can back out and know one will blame her. Lucy says that she
needs to doing it to keep busy. Kevin tells her to take it 1 step at a time.
Commercial Jamal says he will go only if she sends a well stocked limo. Joe tells
Ian about the Nurses Ball and Ian tells Joe about the jungle and aids. Joe tells Ian
that he should tell others about it. Gabriella calls and tells Joe that the hospital
called and she needs to go into work. Joe tells her not to worry. Neil and Frank
are all dressed up. Frank gives Courtney the cold shoulder. Joe gets someone else
to work so Gabrielle can still go to the ball with him. Kevin is helping Lucy get
her clothes ready to go. Lucy finds a sweater of Christina’s and starts to break
down. Serena comes down asking which shoes she should wear. Serena says
wouldn’t it be neat if Dad got back for the ball with Christina since it is the
anniversary of when they found her. Commercial Eve is dresses and practicing
when Kevin comes by. They are talking about Lucy. Courtney is dresses and only
has 1 earring. Neil goes to look for it. Joe is showing Gabriella the view from the
river. They almost kiss. Jill stops by the house looking for Joe. Lucy finds the
flowers and note from Scott in her dressing room. The End
