After rewatching this episode to help a fellow poster with some information, I decided to post this as a highlight.

Scott informed Lucy that she was now legally Christina's adoptive mother. Lucy was upset because Scott had not told her that he had filed her adoption papers. She couldn't believe that he hadn't learned his lesson and that he was still keeping secrets from her. He claimed that he didn't tell her to protect her from being hurt again.
