Port Charles Update for Monday, 24-Jul-2000

Monday July 24, 2000
At the hospital Gabriela ask Joe how his hand is doing. Chris makes a smart remark.
Alison is egging Jamal to kiss her.
In the park Lucy tells Livvie that she will help her then what her name is. Livvie tells her
it is Charlotte. Lucy tells her she looks more like a Charlie. Livve says that is what her
friends call her. Lucy keeps asking more questions. Charlie give back the money turns to
run away and runs into Ian.
Opening Credits
Back at GH Jamal pushed Alison away and then pick a fight with her about Cedric. Jamal
said next time he wasn’t going to be there. Alison said fine she wouldn’t be there either
and she won’t going to testify.
In the park Lucy introduces Charlie to Ian. Charlie leaves. Ian ask Lucy if she had talked
to Kevin yet. Lucy said yes but she doesn’t have time to help start up a clinic. Ian keeps
trying to talk Lucy into helping. He asked why she is in the park. Lucy says she is there
to watch the children.
At GH Jill want to talk to Joe about Gabriela. Courtney tries to talk to Frank and he
blows her off. She goes to get a drink of water and over hears Jill talking to Joe about
being HIV positive.
Commercial
Courtney runs after Frank but he doesn’t stop. Gabriela interrupts and Jill leaves. Joe is
trying to change the bandage and Gabriela offers to help. Joe tells her to remember the
gloves. He tries to tell her about the HIV but get interrupted. Eve finds Alison in the on
call room. Alison talks to Eve about Jamal not acting himself. She tells Eve about
Fred(troll doll). Jamal has his bags packed and ready to leave but stops to get Fred.
In the park Lucy and Ian are watching the children swinging. Ian tries to work on Lucy
about helping with the clinic. Lucy tries to get Ian to talk about himself. He tries to
distract Lucy with Hot dogs and Lemonade. Ian sees Charlie watching and gets her a hot
dog also. When Charlie finds out that Ian is a doctor at GH she asks him about the
Hospital.
Commercial
Cedric stops Jamal from leaving. Jamal telling him the Alison isn’t going to testify against
him. Eve shows up to talk to Jamal about Alison. She tries to leave but Cedric won’t let
her.
Back in the park Lucy stops Ian from getting Charlie another hot dog because it is bad for
her. Charlie tells Lucy that she was sorry for running away. Ian gets Lucy to offer for
Charlie to stay with her at the hotel.
Courtney finds Mary at the hospital and asks her if it is true that Joe is HIV positive. Joe
ask Gabriel to talk to him and Chris jumps all over Joe. Mary finds Frank and ask asks
him if it is true that Joe is HIV positive. Franks ask where she hears that. Courtney says
she has a right to know because of Neil. They are fighting about it and Joe overhears.
