At the clinic, Ian tells someone on the phone that they are filled to capacity. He understands that they are expected to handle the overflow from ER. Ok, he'll accept the patients. Rachel comes in and offers her services. Ian jokes about her being a shrink, but Rachel reminds him that she had the same medical training as he did. He realizes he'd be foolish to turn her away, so he accepts her offer. When he sees Kevin and Eve walking in, Ian tells Rachel that there will be no politics here, neither personal nor professional. Kevin tells Eve that his hearing is soon. He was hoping that the whole thing would be called off. Eve gives him a pep talk, but wonders why Charlie won't help him get the charges dropped. As Eve, Kevin and Ian discuss Kevin's case, Eve deliberately talks loud enough for Rachel to hear. A man comes running in. He appears to be hallucinating. He is running away from "them." Eve, Kevin, and Ian try to calm Mr. Green down. Rachel approaches. She wants to give the man medication. Mr. Green stiffens when he sees her and says "You!" Rachel says that they have never met. Then, Mr. Green says that Eve is his wife. He won't leave her side. Eve, Kevin and Ian take Mr. Green away as Rachel talks to a nurse about patients who suffer from paranoid delusions. Ian tells Kevin that he wants Mr. Green admitted. He asks Mr. Green about the blue dot previously seen on his neck. Mr. Green won't let anyone touch him but Eve. She looks. It has disappeared. Later, Kevin tells Eve and Ian that he ordered some drug tests for Mr. Green. He doesn't think he was using drugs and he didn't smell of alcohol. He thinks that Mr. Green is having paranoid hallucinations. Kevin must leave for his hearing. Eve is so sorry that she can't leave and go with him. As they say and do some cutesy, playful things with each other, Ian watches and seems jealous. Kevin goes to pick up his messages and Ian tells Eve that her husband is lucky to have her in his corner. He thinks Kevin will be ok at the hearing. Kevin almost runs into Rachel. She thinks that the fact that his patient refuses to testify for him says it all.
In their hotel room in France, Scott talks to one of his men on the phone and says that he and Lucy are going home. Lucy gets on the phone and thanks him for everything. A man comes to the door and tells Lucy and Scott that he has news for them. He tells them that the child was reunited with his family. Alone, Lucy tells Scott that they did some good - they reunited a family. Scott wants to know if they can do the same for their own family. Lucy says that before Christina, before Serena, before Dominique, she planned on a life with him. Scott asks if a life with him and Serena is enough for her. She answers that it should be. Scott says he doesn't want to spend the rest of their lives with him apologizing and her trying to forgive him. Lucy asks Scott if he's saying it's over. He replies that he isn't saying anything that she hasn't been thinking or saying. Lucy starts to get emotional. She doesn't know how to put all this behind her. She wants Scott to be happy and doesn't want to continue punishing him. Scott asks Lucy if they had found Christina, would things be different? Lucy says no. She thinks they are going about all this the wrong way. She misses her pal. They hug.
In her hotel room, Livvie tells Chris that she can't decide about testifying at the hearing. She doesn't want Kevin's career to be ruined, but she can't let her mother know that she's been in Port Charles all this time. Livvie doesn't want Rachel to make her leave town. Then, she will never discover her mother's secrets. Chris says that the private investigator has already found something about her father. While Livvie is out of the room, Chris lets the private investigator, Mr. Marlowe in. Chris tells him to drop just one bombshell on Livvie - the fact that her father is alive. When Livvie reenters, she is stunned to hear the news that Joshua Locke is still living. Livvie can't believe that her mother and grandmother would lie to her all these years. Chris says that maybe her father just walked away from his life. Chris knows that the private investigator has a good reputation. He believes his findings are accurate. He encourages Livvie to go and see Joshua Locke. Maybe he's the key to Livvie's nightmares. It's always better to know the truth. He smiles that cute little scoundrel smile. Livvie decides to go and ask Rachel about her father. Chris insists that Rachel will still lie. He convinces her to go and talk to Joshua Locke.
