Act I

''Don't Look at me. You brought this on yourself,'' Rachel

''Given my history, you may never know how this may turn out!'' Kevin

The Firehouse

The Baldwin's arrive and call out to Serena. No one answers. Scott is relieved because he has a few things to discuss with Lucy, like where they are going to live. Lucy can't think about that yet because she wants to see Serena. Lucy asks how they are going to tell her that they are getting a divorce.

Livvie and Chris

At the restuarant, Livvie is so nervous getting ready for her ''father''. Kelly Monaco acts like a realistic teenager who wants to her impress a father that she has never met. It is rather quite cute as Livvie is exciting meeting her previous dead father. Chris says she looks great and has nothing to worry about. Livvie wonders if she should him the truth instead of the stupid med-student story. Chris said if she did, she risks the chance of him shutting her down. Livvie says he may of not agreed to meet with her. She agrees Chris is right and mentions he may be the biggest jerk around. Livvie thinks that may of explained why he hasn't been around for all these years. Chris adds he may of not know he has a daughter. Chris attempts to make a quick exit because he knows Dr. Locke would recognize him. He wishes her the best of luck, well knowing what Livvie what destructive information she will learn. She stops him and Chris smoothly says Livvie needs her privacy when meeting her dad for the first time. But Livvie wants him to stay

GH

Before the hearing starts, Kevin runs into Rachel. Kevins states despite her sick need for revenge lies a talented doctor. Rachel says he can patronize her all she wants but committee will take away his license. Kevin says that she is pretty confidence on how the day will turns out. Rachel says given his history, she has reason to be. I love Kevins answers about not knowing how this day will turns out. Definate foreshadowing!

Act II

''I'm your daughter!'' Livvie

''But I am not your father, '' Joshua

The Firehouse

Lucy sadly says her least favorite part of this is telling Serena about divorce. Scott says no part of this is good. Lucys tearfully says she miss a meal he makes. Scott offers to give her his receipe. Scott mentions he will miss sleeping alone because it does gets cold in the firehouse. By Scott comments, you can see he doesn't want to end, but he know deeps down it is over. Lucy says that their problem that they are winners and they never learned how to lose. Scott says that because they always win the end. Lucy comments tearfully that he always put an positive spin on things. Scott offers to move out but Lucy insists that he belongs at the firehouse and she'll find her own place. Suddenly Serena burst through the door and hugs Scott then Lucy. Lucy tells her she missed her so much. Serena asks if found Christina. Lucy says no. Then a sharp Serena observes Lucy's Luggage is gone and inquires where it is. Lucy reports it is at the Port Charles Hotel. Serena deduces they are giving up. Scott thinks she means that they are searching for Christina. Serena says that not what she means and figures out they are getting a divorce.

Chris and Livvie

Chris slyly points out that her meeting her father for the first time is a big deal. And it uncomfortable for Dr. Locke absorbing the news and doesn't help with a strange guy nearby. Livvie comments he is right and thanks Chris for understanding and sensitive about all this. Chris hopes her dad can shed some light (like he doesn't know lol) informs her that he will be in the bar. Then he exits. Dr. Joshua Locke introduces himself to an excited Livvy. Livvy is just drawn to him and tells him that he looks familiar. Dr. Joshua Locke wants to start the interview but Livvie can't say a word. Finally she admits she lied about the reason she called him and tells him that her name is Livvie(actually Olivia) Locke. She announces that she is his daughter and Josh doesn't look pleased at all. Livvie assumes he is in shock but Josh informs that he isn't her father!!.

GH Hearing
Rachels start off by saying she regrets to report on a collegue but she has been forced too. Rachel discovered(yes, with a little help from Chris) that Kevin was treating an girl barely of age in a hotel room very late at night. One of the commitee members states that Dr. Collins prefered it that way. Rachel brings up his past history with woman. Kevin immeditely objects because he thought they were sticking to the matter at hand. The committee can't ignore when he was suspended many years ago. Kevin assures them that those days are over. Gail stands up for him and claims she wouldn't have reinstated him if was any doubt to his compency. Kevin says his relationship with ''Charlie'' is professional. The man states that the committee will decide on a full hearing of the evidence. Kevin explodes and says what evidence!! Then the board says they will decide if he keep his license or loses it. Poor Kevin, things aren't going so well for him. Score one for Rachel as the battle between the shrinks continues.

Act III

''Rachel was a master of keeping secrets,'' Dr. Joshua Locke

Livvie doesn't really understand and questions that that is Joshua Lock and if he was married to Rachel. He say yes to both but he still isn't her father. Livvie insists that his name was on her birth certificate. Josh says she shouldn't be. And Livvie is hurt and declares that he never wanted anything to do with her and that's why her mom said he was dead. Joshua says that isn't true and to let him talk. Dr. Locke explains he met Rachel Reese in College and they fell in love. He didn't want to get married because it wasn't the right time. Eventually, she convinced him to eloped and get married. Livvie interrupts saying that they did because she was pregnant at the time. He says no he never did and he didn't find out about Livvie till after they were married. Dr. Locke was shocked to find out Rachel hid that she had a child from him. So Livvie figured that's why he left. He said even if he wasn't ready to be a married, much less an father, the fact he hid something so important. Livvie asked when this happened and learned that his marriage occured 15 years ago. Livvie realizes she was three then Dr. Locke says he is sorry. Livvie, who is heartbroken, says it not his fault. Then Joshua asked why everybody is so curious about him. Livvie thinks it is the private dectective she hired he talked to but had no clue it was Chris. Dr. Locke offers to take a blood test but Livvie says she believes him. Livvie asks if Dr. Locke knows who her real father is. Joshua has no idea but whoever he is, that man is missing someone very special. I love Bruce Thomas's Joshua, he is very compassionate and honest with Livvie. I would love if moved to Port Charles permantely. We do get one final thought from Dr. Joshua Locke: That Rachel is very good at keeping secrets. And boy, she is ever.

GH Hearing

Kevin states that there was only one reason why he treated her at the Port Charles Hotel. When Kevin hesitates to say more, one of committee members, assures everything in this hearing will be kept confindental. Kevin explains about Livvie being distress about recurring nightmares(most of her life) and is related to past issues with her family but that they refused to discuss her with her. Kevin says that her mother is very controling and manipulated. LOL, he has no idea that his patience mother is Rachel. So much so, that Charlie has forced to repress her anger and denial that it feeds her deep insecurity. Kevin further explains the patient had expressed her deep fear of the traditional therapy. Kevin has no idea why. He came to her after the recurring nightmares(emphasis on night part)> He didn't feel like telling her to take two asprins and meet him in the office in the morning was a approriate response. So Kevin agreed to meet her where she must felt safe which happens to be at the Port Charles Hotel where she lives. Throughout Kevin's speech, Gail is looking very worried as she should be. Her expression says it all, she knows that Kevin is deep trouble. The Africa-American Man asks if Dr. Baldwin was consulted. Kevin thought nothing improper was going on, so no need. Rachel then emphasis again that it they only had Kevin's word for it. I find it amazing that though Rachel is suspended herself, the committee is listening to her. The comittee members asks if Kevin had asked her to testify or get a signed paper from Livvie. Kevin says he didn't ask to do both of those things. It is obvious how much cares for his patience but protecting her has hurt his own case. But that's the kind of guy, Kevin is.. Then the committee members questions Gail. She is forced to admit that she would of recommended to Kevin that Livvie sees a female therapists instead and he didn't use the best judgment in this case. Gail trys to defend Kevin by saying he only acted in the patient best interest but they don't seem convinced at all. The hearing is adjourned and they will all meet after a decision is met. Kevin is looking very worried at this point as he should be.
Chris returns to Livvie and acts really shocked when Livvie tells that Dr. Locke isn't her father.
Livvie says her whole life is a whole big lie and what possible reason that mother lied to her. Livvie tells it is time to return to Port Charles in order to confront her mother. Chris is more than pleased as they exit.

Act IV

''She is a liar. You're a liar!'' Livvie

Serena asks about living arrangements.
Lucy assures that her life isn't going to change at the firehouse and whether Lucy lives, she will go there too. Serena asks if she tries to be better, can they try again. Carly breaks my heart as Serena as she makes her character so believable in this scene. Lucy and Scott says Serena bears no reponsibility for the divorce. Scott wants to talk to Lucy alone so he sends her up to get a present. Scott says if anything happens to him, he wants people to know she belongs to her. Lucy doesn't get but Scott tells he wants her to offcially adopted Serena before the divorce. Lucy is so much touched and says yes. Finally! It's about time coming, in fact snce Lucy gave her birth to Serena in December 1993 on GH,that Scott is finally settting things right. I always felt that Lucy was her mother but Scott would never acknowledge it. Finally, it will be legal that she is Serena's mother. Shame it so took Scott so long to do it, but a wrong is being corrected now.

GH Hearing
It's looks bad as the committe concludes that without ''Charlie'' testimony, as they are close to finding Kevin guilty. Kevin gets angry and accuses Rachel's seek for justice is about her own revenge. As Rachel is declaring that Kevin is dangerous and prey on vunerable woman . Rachel states that Kevin hurts woman like his patience Charlie and probably has. Here comes Kelly Monaco big dramatic moment and she shines greatly.
She comes in angry announcing that everything Rachel is saying is a lie. Rachel is shock to see her but Livvie announces to the commitee that she is a liar. And then she repeats to Rachel the same words! Outside, Chris is gleeful and estastic!
