Port Charles Update for Thursday, 28-Dec-2000

Ian safely lands the helicopter carrying he and Eve (I think Ian is related to McGyver!). They leave the chopper (its assumed that it's out of commission) and go to find someplace warm to spend the night. They run across a rather nice cabin, break in (of course, owner not in!) and light fireplace and candles to warm up. Ian proceeds to warm Eve up (more ways than one!). Pretty soon, they are making out on the couch with Eve half clothed! Eve tells Ian she loves him, has known she loved him for awhile, and Ian confesses to her that the reason he was leaving town was because it was too painful to be there with her and not be "with" her. They continue "getting warm". Meanwhile, back at the ranch, Livvie has prepared a candlelit evening for Kevin and Lucy (thought this one had been Lucy's but was proven wrong!). Kevin and Lucy were touched. Kevin went upstairs to shower while Lucy waited, and came across a video tape. Being the ever-questioning Lucy, she stuck it in the tape player and it was a video of Kevin and Eve's wedding. Kevin came into the room and saw it, but Lucy was too late to turn it off. Kevin said he can't pretend Eve didn't exist and needs to move on with his life. The only thing he was thinking of when the psycho man was holding her hostage with the hand grenade was how he couldn't lose her. Kevin goes back upstairs and Lucy plays the video tape and voices her feelings that she will make Kevin forget Eve ever existed. She is the woman for him! Joe, Gabby, Frank and Karen return home from the hospital trauma (the grenade thing) and are shaken. After hot chocolate, Frank and Karen take a walk outside (Joe and Gabby are heatin up the place) and talk about finding the "right one". Scene ends with Frank putting his arm around Karen as they look into the night. (I told ya I think there's something goin on here!)
On the next Port Charles...Livvie catches Chris in her room at the Port Charles Hotel, and Eve begs Ian to make love to her (like he's gonna deny it!)
