Port Charles Update for Thursday, 1-Mar-2001

Eve and Ian are on the island, and Eve is feeling better. As she and Ian are declaring their love for each other, she grimly reminds him that he has a.....WIFE! He tells her to trust him, he will find a way out (ever heard of green card...and work visa.....????)Following more sweet moments, Eve asks Ian to make love to her. FINALLY! (That should have been the name of BOOK 3-FINALLY!)

When Arianna gets a telegram from Ian saying he will be longer than expected on the island, she is visably saddened. She asks Gabrielle to teach her how to be a typical American woman, explaining that in her country women are not allowed to even think about having their own life (what a drag!) Through clothes, and a mini makeover Gabby teaches Arianna a few things, although outloud muses whether Arianna is wanting to become a typical american woman, or what she thinks Ian would want.
(that's deep!)

Kevin finds Lucy dealing with the pain of her news that she will never conceive a child, where else....looking at babies in the hospital nursery. He tells her he wants to help her deal, but she is grief stricken and basically says, "what part of I need you out of my life dont you understand?". She and Kevin bid each other "have a nice life" and she leaves in tears. Kevin feels helpless and hopeless.

On the next Port Charles....Eve and Ian have a passionate "vacation!", and Kevin tells Lucy how much he loves her.
