Port Charles Update for Tuesday, 6-Mar-2001

Through a series of "Somewhere in Time" memories, the potion Ian's island friend gave to he and Eve, has transported them back to another memory they shared together. This time Ian is a painter, in love with Eve, who is married (sounding vaguely familiar). Ian tells her husband he loves her and she says she will always love Ian (again...familiar) and in the memory, the Eve-from-another-time jumps in front of Ian as her husband pulls a gun and shoots, and Eve dies. Ian is heartbroken (something he has lots of experience with in present day lately). Through this entire memory, the horror of it awakens Eve, but she and island-healer-woman can't wake Ian. He seems to be in another time and wont wake up. Island woman (wish I knew her name!) tells a horrified Eve he may never wake up.

The INS pays a surprise visit to Arianna and tells her they know her husband has left the country. Arianna tells INS that Ian has gone away to care for some patients, but will be back very soon. INS rep. says that if it appears the marriage is only to keep her in the country, she will be immediately deported.

Livvie goes to Jamal's garage to look for a letter she lost, and runs into Jack. Outloud, Jack wonders if the letter is a love letter to him. WRONG! The letter has been taken by Chris' little spy (aka...livvie's grandma's nurse) and he puruses the contents and makes his plans (always thinkin...that Chris). Jack tells Livvie he knows she is scared for many reasons and that she is always running. He kisses her (and -surprise! she kisses back) and he tells her that she should stop running.

Jamal and Allison are in final preparations for the opening of the bike shop. They have the sign up and are nearly ready for business. They talk about their dreams for the future.

On the next Port Charles...Jack tells Livvie they belong together, and their relationship is not over, and Eve begs Ian to wake up and return to her!
