Port Charles Update for Wednesday, 25-Apr-2001

Lucy tries to make it up to Kevin for hiring the divorce attorney without telling him. He has all but forgiven her and is looking to the future.
Eve tries one more time to talk Karen into the transplant surgery, but Karen tells her she can't go down the addiction road again, and is afraid the surgery will give her a setback.

Ian continues to keep a vigil at Arianna's bedside, while dreaming of Eve. In his dream, the chief (from the island) comes to him and tells him he and Eve must part ways and are now not meant to be together. He makes a quick phone call to the island to speak with the chief, confused by this revelation.

Frank tries to apologize to Karen for his drunken state and the computer (cookie) problems. He tells Karen how important she is to him, and how he doesn't want to lose her. Karen expresses her guilt about not having the surgery and how she should want to save Arianna's life. Frank tells her she needs to be concerned with herself, and not everyone else for a change. Karen soon forgives him and they MAKE LOVE!!!! HA! It was bound to happen.

Eve blows up at Lucy and Kevin (and Kevin really stands up for Lucy-what a shocker!) and finally realizes she is suffering from guilt... that Arianna is in the spot she is in because of her. She decides to take control of the situation. She tells Chris she wants to be tested as a donor match for Arianna. Eve though her blood type is different, the procedure has been known to work. Chris questions her but she is determined to be the one to save Arianna one way or another. She convinces Chris to test her.

On the next Port Charles...Frank and Karen share pillow talk about Cookie, Livvie asks Jack why he doesn't want to be with her, and Eve tells Ian she is going to try to be Arianna's organ donor.
