In the ER, Abe is trying to strangle Kevin, and Victor and Jill are trying to pull him off. Lucy enters and hits Abe over the head with a bedpan. After Abe is taken off to the psych ward unconscious, Kevin and Lucy discuss what could have caused the rage they just witnessed. Is it possible that something happened out in the woods? Was he attacked by something? Was it the same thing that happened to Jack? They remember that Livvie said he acted strangely after he came back from the woods.
At Jake's, Eve and Ian reminisce about when they were falling in love and Eve got drunk there. Eve babbles on and on about how men can't discuss their feelings. Ian is nervous about trying to say something. Eve feels sick and rushes off to the bathroom. When Eve returns, Ian once again wants to ask her something. As they dance, they are separated by a large crowd of college-age customers who get Eve to join them in a conga line. After he rescues Eve, and they are dancing, Ian's marriage proposal is drowned out by the music and the loud crowd. Eve insists he repeat and as he asks her to marry him, the place gets quiet and everyone hears. When Eve accepts, the place erupts with cheers and applause.
Chris tells Sam that he doesn't believe her claim that Jack is dead. She tells him about the bike race and Chris says she's playing some kind of sick game. Sam says that Jack had been putting the moves on Alison. Jamal and Alison showed up at the bike race after Jack started for him. Sam says that she thinks Alison, Livvie and Jamal killed Jack and Zach. As she says this, Kevin comes along and hears the accusation. Chris goes to call the police. Kevin says that Sam had a thing for Jack. She's lying. Jack left town. He's not dead. Detective Andy arrives and tells Kevin that he saw Jack moving in on Alison and he heard Jamal threaten him. He calls the police station and puts out an APB for Jamal, Alison and Livvie.
Victor and Lucy discuss the strange happenings in the woods. Victor says there is evil out there. He saw some strange figure attack Abe.
Caleb returns to the monastery cellar and uncovers an oil portrait of someone who looks like Livvie. As he runs his fingers over her face and shoulders, he says "I have my Olivia back." He tells her he has plans for her. Michael appears and says that Caleb is not leaving again. Caleb says he can't stop him this time.
Down by the river, Alison and Jamal continue to ask Livvie about when she was with Zach. Livvie tells about a noise distracting Zach that probably saved her life. She doesn't know who it was, but it may have been the guy who's been following her. She wouldn't be surprised if he's still around. We see Caleb lurking in the bushes. As the fog thickens, Jamal goes off to look around. Caleb watches the girls. When Jamal returns, he tells Livvie that he and Alison are going to go to the police and tell them everything including all the details surrounding Jack's death. Jamal doesn't like Livvie to be around the guy who has been watching and following her. Livvie says she knows he won't hurt her. She asks Alison and Jamal to leave her alone so that she can say her goodbyes to Jack in their spot. Privately, Alison tells Jamal that she thinks Livvie is losing it. Livvie is the only one who has seen the stranger and Alison fears she's dreaming him up. Livvie says her tearful goodbyes to Jack. She says she'll always carry him in her heart. She'll never come back to their spot without him. She hears footsteps behind her. The camera first shows feet and legs and slowly goes up to reveal Jack (surprise!) with a funky new look.
