It’s a good thing that nobody in the train/bus accident had to be airlifted, because Lucy is once again standing in the middle of the heliport and standing before the crowd – who have miraculously changed from GH people to PC people. And miracles is Lucy’s topic of the moment, and as she discusses the miracle of life Joe watches from the sidelines. Lucy brings up the AIDS quilt panels, as Lee and Gail beam their approval. Sitting in other tables are Kevin, Victor and Mary and Allison, Livvie and Jack (Allison and Livvie’s dresses really “suit” them). Lucy is ready to introduce Gabby, but Joe indicates to Lucy he doesn’t know where Gabriela is so Lucy announces a small break. Lucy wanders off the stage, demanding to know where Gabby is with the microphone still on. Jack shows up, welcomed by a happy Livvie. Jack wants things to get back the way they used to be.

Gabby finally shows up and so does Caleb, who watches Jack and Livvie cuddle. Kevin and Chris get beeped to the ER, but they must have enough nurses because Mary is not beeped. Down in the ER once again all the GH doctors/nurses have been miraculously (do you think Caleb had something to do with it?) replaced by PC ones – with the exception of elf-hopping-over Monica and Alan. Eve and Ian, finally both dressed, show up just in time to pitch in. Karen, looking shaken up and a bit battered, and Frank arrive, looking for Serena. Eve checks the patient list; Serena’s name is not there.

Frank decides to go back to the crash site and tells Karen he’ll grab Scott on the way. Monica tells Kevin that a train/bus collided and Kevin quickly locates Karen and asks about Serena. Karen explains she and Serena got separated on the train but everyone knows that should, not everyone says Kevin. Lucy tells the crowd upstairs that Gabby is nervous and as Gabriella begins “Let Me Entertain You” it is clear that she is. She stops singing, Caleb watches her with those intense eyes of his and suddenly Gabby changes, and announces to – whomever – to “hit it” most emphatically. Gabriela is now in full seductive mode, stripping off her gloves and sharing them with a slightly stunned and bemused Victor, putting moves on a way stunned Joe and dragging him on stage with her as she continues her dance of seduction. Joe tries to stop her from taking off her skirt, but only succeeds in helping her take it off, leaving Gabby with a short sexy black slip on. Gabby then unbuttons her top, flashing Joe, and then letting it drop off revealing her bare back to the really astonished crowd. Caleb smiles but Joe is freaked, and does his best to cover Gabriela up as he carries her off stage. Gabriela grabs Joe and kisses him as Lucy announces to the crowd that recovery time is needed and mentions the police vice squad. Kevin motions for her and Lucy announces a silent auction break, taking the time to yell at Victor for participating in Gabby’s little number (apparently Lucy has forgotten about all the people that actively participated in her little strip routine.)

Lucy tells Kevin about Gabriela, huffing that the show is supposed to be G-rated. Gabriela? Kevin asks, in a wow kind of way. A nurse tells Kevin that no record has been found of Serena Baldwin in any local hospital, Kevin tells Lucy about the crash. Lucy can’t lose Serena. Karen wanders around the ER looking for Serena as “Ain’t No Sunshine” plays. Kevin does his best to reassure frantic Lucy and leaves to go to the site himself and look, telling Lucy she’s needed there. Lucy wants news about Serena, even if Kevin has to interrupt the ball to give it to her. Jamal, Livvie and Allison discuss getting back to normal (ha). Lucy explains to the crowd that the nurses and doctors have not been abducted by aliens (but doesn’t say the same about bike-shop boys) but are working downstairs. Mary and Amanda are now sitting together as Lucy announces the next number. Both Jack and Caleb are watching as Livvie and Jamal, dressed as nerds, and Allison, dressed like a gypsy, take the stage and begin “Love Potion #9”. Once the potion is drunk, the nerd costumes go away and Allison and Livvie kiss Victor – but Victor holds Jamal at bay. Jack is obviously not feeling well, Caleb watches the number silently without expression. (I don’t know about anyone else, but I enjoyed both numbers – and any number that has Victor in it has truly been touched by greatness.) Back downstairs, Chris needles Joe about his X-rated girlfriend (jealous huh?) and, speaking of needles, Colleen brings Joe his HIV-results. Lucy asks Karen if she has heard anything, Frank tried to call but Karen’s phone kept breaking up. Lucy puts in a call to Kevin.

Joe and Gabriela open the test results – he’s negative. The nightmare is over (or has it just begun?). Scott, Frank and Kevin bring in Serena who is not hurt at all and had been helping a little boy named Ben. Everyone takes turns hugging Serena, including Eve who with Ian takes little Ben away. Mary, Karen and Frank gather to hear Joe’s good news. Kevin hugs Serena explaining how amazing she is. Lucy proudly states that Serena takes after her, Scott hopes not. Kevin informs Serena she’s missing quite a show upstairs, Lucy tells her that Victor is running things in Lucy’s absence which as we head back upstairs we see that he is. Amanda tells Allison that she didn’t know Ally could move that way, Jamal taught me replies proud Allison. Amanda sniffs that Jamal is a man of many talents. Jack is not feeling well and Livvie hugs him and tells him she loves him before going back to the table. Jack waits until she is out of hearing range to whisper me too. Caleb emerges from the shadows, think this is hard Jack? Just wait, this is just the beginning. Man, I love that guy.

And that’s the recap, hope you enjoyed it!
