Ian and Eve arrive home. Ian tells his new wife that he doesn't want her to go near Michael or Caleb while she is pregnant.

Gabby is at GH having flashbacks of Caleb. Chris comes along and tells her that she is needed at the blood bank. She smirks and mutters that there's no problem there. Frank and Karen want to talk with her about why she dumped Joe. She says that it's none of their business and drops folders on the floor. Frank picks them up and sees Caleb's name doodled all over a piece of paper. Frank and Karen want to meet Caleb. Gabriela says he comes to her apartment and they never go out. Frank and Karen tell each other Caleb must be a player - probably married. Karen talks to Eve on the phone. Eve insists that Karen and Frank come over to Ian's right away.

Sam arrives at GH and tells Chris that she wants to cut a deal with Jack. Chris advises her to steer clear of his brother. He wants her to leave town. She says she can't afford it, but maybe Chris will give her money. She tells him that she has noticed that he hasn't stopped looking at her body. They go outside. Chris says he isn't going to pay to sleep with her. Sam says she is really desperate. Chris asks her to meet him at the Recovery Room.

Karen and Frank arrive at Ian and Eve's. The Thornharts announce that they are married. Ian wants to tell Joe. When Karen and Frank tell Ian and Eve that Joe left town but Gabriela didn't go with him, they are surprised. They talk about Gabriela's new love who doesn't want to go out in public with her. Eve agrees with Karen. The man must be married.

Gabriela sleeps at home. Caleb appears. He grabs Gabby's wrist and gets a little rough with her, saying that he knows she's been talking about him. She says only to Karen and Frank. As he kisses her neck, he reminds Gabriela that he wants "Olivia," but there are guards on her. He needs Gabriela because she has the ability to go where she wants.

At the lighthouse, Lucy tells Kevin how she "connected" with a psychic on television last night. She doesn't know what it all means, but she is sure that it involves a baby boy. Lucy shows Kevin that every time she does her tarot cards the stranger card shows up next to the baby boy card. She asks Kevin if he thinks that Jack poses any serious threat to Livvie. The doorbell rings. Lucy answers it and finds Caleb there. As he leans against the wall, he stares into Lucy's eyes and tells her he's lost. She gets an uneasy feeling and tells him there's a station down the road that can help him. Back inside, she tells Kevin that it was somebody who was lost. Kevin teases her about not inviting him in for tea. Lucy says he was "very strange." Kevin gets called away for a hostage situation. He asks Lucy to stay with Livvie while she's asleep. Gabriela arrives and wants to talk to Livvie. Kevin says no because she is sleeping. Gabriela goes inside and we see Caleb on the side of the lighthouse.

At Jack's, he tells Jamal that he is going to drive a stake through Caleb's heart. Jack is afraid that he may have to kill someone else. Jamal shows Jack that it says in a book that he wouldn't be able to kill in the presence of someone he loves. Jack says he won't use Livvie as bait. Jamal tries to stop Jack from leaving. Jack throws him up against the wall. Jamal slumps to the floor, unconscious. Jack goes outside and sees Sam. With an evil smirk on his face, he tells her that he was just talking about her. Jack walks toward her.
