At the lighthouse, Kevin and Victor talk about Kevin's confronting Ian. Maybe Kevin should tell Ian about the message he got. Victor and Kevin realize that they know virtually nothing about Ian. They know that if he didn't come to Port Charles, Kevin and Eve would still be together. Just as Lucy walks in, Kevin says "there wouldn't be any me and Lucy." Lucy pressures them to reveal what they were talking about. In doing so, Lucy reveals that she and Kevin are getting married. Victor is thrilled. Kevin and Lucy swear him to secrecy. When there is a phone call for Kevin, he is very secretive about it. He gets Lucy to leave the room by telling her that Don wants her to finalize her guest list for the invitations. The doorbell rings. It is a delivery that Kevin has been waiting for: information about Ian. Upstairs, Lucy is on her bed with her lists of names all over. The French doors blow open and a wind blows the papers all over. Lucy hopes it's not an omen. Downstairs, Kevin reads the report and tells Victor that Ian had a lot of run-ins with authorities. He finds another interesting fact: Ian was arrested for murder! The case was dismissed due to lack of evidence. Ian claimed self-defense. The report says that Ian killed the husband of a woman he was having an affair with. Kevin is concerned about Eve's future.

At home, Ian tells Eve that he had it out with Kevin. Eve tells him that she had an incident with the baby and it was all her fault. Eve tells Ian everything what happened and how it was Livvie who saved the day. She feels that Caleb is still a constant threat. After Ian convinces her to stop worrying about Caleb, she confesses that she is still worried about messing up the mommy thing. Ian hints that he has done things that weren't so perfect. Ian tells Eve about the murder he was arrested for and tells her it was self-defense.

Amid rubble, Rafe calls out to see if Alison and Jack are ok. They spot something. It's Alison and she's unconscious. After Jack is able to lift a tree off of Alison, Rafe tells him to go for help. Rafe puts his hand on Alison's neck and the whole area is filled with a heavenly light. When the light disappears, Alison wakes up. Jack returns and is amazed that there is nothing wrong with Alison. She doesn't even have any scratches. Jack tells Rafe about how he found so much strength. He hopes his powers aren't coming back. Rafe has a mysterious look on his face.

Livvie thinks she is dreaming as she wanders through sheer curtains and lit candles, hearing the usual eerie music and Caleb's voice. His voice tells her that he is still with her. He tells her to watch what is happening to couples that she knows. Their relationships will be falling apart. Caleb doesn't let up. He continues to taunt Livvie, reminding her of how great their lovemaking was. He wants to make love to her again. The last scene shows Livvie in the catacombs with nothing but her underwear on. A hologram of Caleb is there with her.
