Port Charles Update for Thursday, 18-Oct-2001

Livvie barely escapes Jack's notice in her guise of "Anne Marie".She says she saw "Ann-Marie" run off. At the loft, Eve confides to Kevin how she threw Ian out following her visit from "Anne Marie". Meanwhile, Lucy tells Ian she believes that an evil force is responsible for the sudden rash of broken hearts around town. Jamal is injured while trying to disarm the robber during a hold-up at the Recovery Room. Gabi tears into Chris for attempting to exploit the most painful experience of her life for his personal gain. Kevin begins to suspect that "Anne Marie" may be manipulating the facts to serve her own private agenda. After Frank empties the safe, the irate robber demands more cash from the restaurant's patrons. Fed up, Karen advances on the gunman as Frank urges her to stay back. A tipsy Ian accidentally spills his drink on Lucy, forcing her to don a bathrobe while they continue to debate if Caleb still exists. Frank finally jumps the robber and wrestles him to the floor with help from Jack. Afterwards, Alison bristles as Valerie fusses over Jamal's minor head wound. Chris is amazed when the cut on Karen's hand heals spontaneously. To Jack's dismay, Livvie slyly plants new seeds of doubt in Alison's mind. Kevin jumps to the wrong conclusion when he spots Lucy sitting on Ian's lap wearing nothing but a robe.
