Since no one took this day to write an update to the show I am just going to put the update that they post on ABC.com.

Livvie woke up in the Lighthouse and was determined to warn everyone. She opened the door to find Lucy all dressed in Halloween gear for a costume party at the Recovery Room. Livvie spilled the details about Caleb to Lucy, who said they needed to get to the party and tell everybody.
At The Recovery Room, Livvie told all assembled that Caleb was alive, but no one believed her. She told them that Caleb was feeding off of their misery, and that was why their lives were falling apart. She admitted that she was the one who was helping Caleb to destroy them. She offered to help undo the damage, but everyone turned against her once she revealed that she had been the one to break up all of the couples. Rafe was the only one who believed that she was as much a victim of Caleb as they were. Unfortunately, he was unable to convince anyone else. Kevin decided that Livvie had suffered a mental breakdown, and he took her to the hospital to lock her up.
Rafe helped Livvie escape the sanitarium and told her he would take her out of Port Charles. Livvie told him that she couldn't leave before she convinced everyone that she wasn't crazy. She ran straight into Jack's arms, but he pushed her away and locked her back up.
Caleb finally woke Livvie out of the nightmare and told her that it wasn't a dream, but a vision of her future if she told the truth. She collapsed in his arms and agreed that she had no choice but to do what he wanted.>>
