Port Charles Update for Tuesday, 20-Nov-2001

Rafe and Allison take an unconscious Jack to the hospital. The doctors are unable to figure out why he wont wake up, and Allison is determined to not leave his side, pleading with him to wake. Rafe knows he has broken the rules and interfered but has a visit from his boss and is given a small reprieve.

Gabby comes back to work at the hospital. She and Frank discuss how much he misses Karen, who is in rehab (he thinks). He is sad that the rehab hospital wont let him talk to her. Gabby calls a friend who works at the center and arranges for Frank to visit there when her friend is on duty, who will get him in to see her (little does Frank know...Karen is not there). Karen, meanwhile, is holed up at Chris's. She receives voice mail messages on her cell phone from Frank, and is so sad at having lied to him she nearly leaves Chris' to tell Frank everything. Chris talks her into giving him one more day. He and Karen review her blood test results and it appears the levels are back to normal, which means Chris's experiments are working, with the blood that he drew from Caleb.

Livvie assures Caleb she will do whatever it takes to be with him and make him happy. However, Caleb brings back James for reinforcements, and once he appears on the scene things are sure to intensify (remember James? the "I want to be a vampire when I grow up" guy!) James tries to convince Caleb that Livvie may not be all that she seems, and he should be cautious at trusting her. James points out that it appears Livvie is making Caleb more like humans, than becoming more like him. However, later, James provides Caleb with the Morely cape from Transylvania, which thrills Caleb.

On the next Port Charles...Eve discovers the horrible truth about Ian and Lucy, and Valerie finds out Jamal is Hope's father (like she didn't know!?!)
