Port Charles Update for Wednesday, 5-Dec-2001

Lucy begins her task of locating the invitations for she and Kevin's Christmas party (surprise wedding). She is visited by Serena who told Lucy she had received her christmas party invitation. A shocked Lucy realizes the invitations must have been mailed out. Rafe had mailed them (though of course, Lucy is unaware of this). As she is moaning to Rafe, he convinces her that things will be alright in the end. Lucy calls Kevin, who was shocked that Lucy went against his request to not mail the invites, and breaks the news to him about the invitations getting accidentally mailed. However, Kevin was already aware of this because Livvie had received hers and was thrilled. A quiet Rafe smiles in the background. He uses his powers for good, and not evil, by preventing Lucy from telling others about the cancellation of the party.

Allison is a little speechless to find that Valerie has been invited by Jamal to stay with them until she gets on her feet. However, Allison remembers she promised to help Rafe with his heavenly plan, and goes about making Valerie right at home.

On the next Port Charles...Rafe continues his plans to create a miracles with the lovers in Port Charles.
