Port Charles Update for Friday, 22-Feb-2002

At first, Amy doesn't realize that Ian has taken her back to the location of her death. As Ian reflects on the crime scene photos, Amy realizes this place is familiar. She panics and demands, shaking, to know why he's brought her there. Ian tells her that he's seen the Jane Doe pictures and he knows that she has no fingerprints, so who or what is she? She is angry and hurt that he tricked her and pretended to be her friend. Again a man has gained her trust and used it against her. Well fine, she's going to tell him exactly what she is, an ***BAM*** before another word, lightening flashes and there's no sign of Amy - she has vanished.

Casey stares dreamily at her key necklace. Ricky enters her room. She becomes very upset, assuming the worst about Gaby and mentions the 5th chair. Ricky questions her about why she'd think this, and what does the 5th chair mean. She tries (badly) to cover. Ricky wants to know why she got them both going hot and heavy and then took off. He tells her again that he knows she's a virgin and it's ok, but she's really embarrassed. He tells her she doesn't have to pull the tough chick routine, he really likes her just as she is. They move onto other things. He asks Casey if she's sure, if she's ready and she assures him that she is. As he's in the midst of pulling off his shirt, there's a flash of lightening and Casey is gone.

Paige confesses her love for Kevin. He tells her those feelings are in the past, but she is convinced that he still loves her as much as she loves him. He feels badly if he's misled her but she insists that he just isn't ready to admit his true feelings. Lucy walks in with sick Christina and overhears Paige vow her undying love for Kevin. Christina runs to Paige, who takes her off to hear a story while Lucy laces into Kevin. He understands that she's upset and is clear that he doesn't share Paige's amorous feelings. He tells her he was trying to fish for info and that he's sure Paige is hiding something. Meanwhile, Paige is reading Christina a story in the attic studio (doesn't this kid have a bedroom?) and just as she gets to the part about the one who was supposed to be Christina's real mommy, Paige vanishes in a flash of lightening, leaving a bewildered Christina behind.

Ali tells Rafe that she thinks she is destined to have his baby. She tells him this is a way that she'll have him with her always. Although the idea of them having a baby together blows him away (actually, it's about to!), he tells her he'll always be with her and in her heart. He worries about her taking on the responsibility of having and raising their baby alone, and what would she tell the baby about him? Alison tells Rafe that she'd just tell their baby that his father is in heaven, and that their baby would only be a blessing, never a burden. Ali envisions a little boy, the spitting image of Rafe, but his dream is for a smaller version of Alison. As she tries to get him to move forward with their plan, a flash of lightening comes, and Rafe is gone. Alison wonders what she's done.

Next time, Ali accuses Livvie, the angels face the wrath of Ed, Ian and Kevin realize that Amy and Paige have disappeared at the same time again.
