Door opened, both dead in different rooms, sounding like they literally dropped where they stood.

They had been dead THAT long that her hands mummified? And no one checked in on them? They both died where they stood? It's utterly bizarre.

yet they found the other dog just fine.

I had wondered if maybe they had cooked a meal with poisoned mushrooms or something.

Long story short, I have no clue.
