Yes... convoluted and strange but that whole story was... and Drew was held on an island by a Cassadine after all... a very Cassidine thing to do to send him back not as himself...
Drew isn't acting like Drew. It would make sense for Franco to target Michael's wife to destroy Micheal's life.
Or even if he is just EvilDrew... If something happens to Micheal... I say it is at Drew's hands. Maybe is kidnapped or presumed dead or something.
