She wasn't impaired at all. She had more than one kiss with Drew and chose to have sex with him with full knowledge of what she was doing. Being intoxicated does not justify having a drunken one night stand and is definitely a third degree felony. However, I do consider making a conscious decision to have sex with your husband's uncle to be a first degree felony and gives her no right to be outraged that he didn't tell her he knew about her one night stand with Drew.
Besides, at this point Willow is outraged Michael because he didn't tell her he knew about her infidelity. When she finds out he slept with Sasha, even though they were both drunk out of their minds, she will have the right to be morally outraged.
