Added onto this, Michael and Willow were married, Joss and Cameron were not. Even more importantly, Willow and Michael have two children, Joss and Cameron only had sex once with no child.
Yes Joss 100% wrong, but she was 20 and pulled away from Cameron where Esme recorded and distributed a video of their first time having sex. Joss was wrong not to talk to Cameron and simply avoiding him ... and then having sex with Dex before officially breaking up with Cameron. This I can understand
However, Drew is not new to sex -- in fact he has had sex with Willow's mother and mother-in-law. Michael is his nephew, friend and business partner and the father of Willow's two children.
Besides, I can forgive someone for something hurtful they do to me, but it is all guns blazing if they harm someone I love. Joss and Carly have every reason to be disgusted with Drew right now and prefer not to hear his condolences and "concern" about what Michael is going through.
The fact Drew wanted to see Michael because he was concerned and wanted to talk to him in case he didn't pull through -- without no though about whether Michael, racked with physical pain, would want to hear concern from the uncle that just boinked his wife while his children were in the other room.
