intentions when he does return. She didn't even talk to him after she left the house with the kids. Neither did he btw, but how is that possible with a separated couple with two kids to not speak about intentions with regards to the marriage and the children? He was saying to others that he wanted to work it out.... and Willow with help from her mother just assumed Michael wanted a divorce and filed before they even talked. I mean it's obvious this was all rushed and probably re-written once CD decided to leave, but as usual it was sloppy. And I'm not even talking about moving in with that blockhead. She doesn't need permission for that. But those are still Michael's kids and there needs to actually be some communication. Even if it's to talk to him and let her kids know that their dad is getting better. Imo, she doesn't seem the least bit interested in how he's doing or what he wants. I think she assumes he wants to take the children from her and part of her doesn't want him to come back anytime soon. And I agree, Michael could also call her. But given his state, you'd think she'd reach out to him by now to discuss their children and to see how he's doing?

I'm going to guess Michael returns as they're getting married.
