General Hospital Update for Wednesday, 14-Sep-2005

Right when Elizabeth is trying to decide what to do with Jax's "offer", Nikolas approaches her and tells her he'd like to help her keep her baby. He tells her that he won't be intimidated by Jax's money, his power or his ego. ANd if she or Lucky need his help, he'll go to bat for them. She tells him she is not comfortable with taking his money for his guilt for messing around with Courtney. But when Jax comes to confront Nikolas, she defends Nikolas to him telling Jax he is her friend and it's none of Jax's business. But wouldn't you know, Jax CANNOT leave it alone. He tells Elizabeth she MUST help him double-cross COurtney or he will take her to court. When Lucky finds out about that, he tells her he won't hesitate to take Nikolas' money if need be to fight Jax in this. But Elizabeth admits that she might not want to railroad Jax.

Diego gets charged with "suspicion" of being the stalker when Lucky discovers pictures he's taken of Brooke and Maxie, in his personal belongings. All of his peers suspect him except for Brooke. Lucky and Jesse want to nail him. But Brooke asks Justus to represent him. ANd Justus tells them that they are violating his client's right to privacy to be searching around his personal belongings for photos.

Alexis, Ric and Reese are in their usual "triangle" where he's torn between his commitment to his wife, Kristina and the baby--AND his friend and law partner (who might become more than a friend). He also seems to want to put his life in danger to help SOnny and take over Jason's job.

Jason admits to Sam that he remembers being with her when she lost her baby. When she relives everything that happened, after that occured, he admits that he can feel all the feelings he had for her. But he also remembers being a cold-blooded murderer and asks how he could have done something like that.
