General Hospital Update for Friday, 18-Jan-2013

Lots of fireworks in the courtroom and at Ferncliff today! And what would Fridays be without a bombshell, right? (More about that one later). Throw a Turkish prison into the mix and you've got a busy Friday!
Starting off in court, we see Todd being arraigned for the long list of crimes he's been charged with. From the looks of things, he's going to be a good boy and follow Diane's advice and plead not guilty--but, remember, we ARE talking about Todd Manning.
Oh, Todd does plead Not Guilty--but by reason of insanity!!
After everyone takes time to pick up their jaws from the floor, Todd is called to the stand. Diane tells the judge that he is suffering from PTSD, after the traumas of killing his family members in Llanview!
Then Carly speaks. (of course). She tells the judge that no, Todd is NOT insane and he deserves everything that's coming to him!
The judge orders Todd to undergo a psychiatric evaluation at Ferncliff.
And it's shortly going to be old home week at Ferncliff, as Heather's there! So's Lucy, but not for long, if AJ has anything to say about it.
Lucy runs into Heather at Ferncliff, as she's yelling for help. They initially bond over makeup, but all good feelings end when Heather introduces herself to her new BFF.
Lucy's heard all the Heather stories and tries to pull away from her.
It looks like she's saved when AJ busts into the room. Dressed as an orderly, he's got paperwork that would transfer her ELQ stock votes to him--and he promises that she can also be co-CEO once he gets in!
Moving to Turkey, we see Lulu and Dante in a prison, looking for information on Luke. It's the aftermath of a prison riot, and Lulu is shocked to see blood on the prison walls.
She gets more terrified when the prison warden tells her that yes, Luke was shot, so Lulu puts two and two together and figures out that the blood on the wall COULD belong to Luke!
Finally, the Friday bombshell! Maxie tries to convince Britt to use one of Lulu's last two embroyos to reimplant, so Dante and Lulu will never have to know that she lost their baby.
Britt tells her that there is no way she can do that--because Maxie is already PREGNANT!! (I don't know....twins???) Which leads one to believe about New Year's Eve with Spinelli, and will she try and pass this baby off as Dante and Lulu's?????
What's going to go down at Ferncliff this week? Will Lulu find Luke? And finally, what's Maxie going to do? Stay tuned!
