It was quite a challenging almost sinister day on General Hospital. Carly wants Sonny to kill the returning pyschopath Franco.It's difficult for all of the Port Charles' People to understand his coming back.Franco is in jail now as Carly is begging loyal Sonny to kill him. Sonny tells Carly that it's over. He also does not want her to be involved.She is adamant about this, so reluctantly,Sonny asks Sean to get rid of this incredibly sicko.
Monica is devastated to know that sweet Michael was raped while he was in prison. It broke her heart to witness AJ's sadness and anger concerning this horrible episode. Later, Michael tries to explain to AJ what had happened after he had killed his stepmother Claudia. Michael tells him further that he didn't tell him sooner because he thought that he would blame his Mom and Sonny.As painful as it was for Michael to explain this rape to others,I think that he has coped with it well.He even confided in Kiki last week. She was,believe it or not, very understanding with Michael. ( one almost saw pity in her rough exterior). It is quite difficult for this fan to get used to Todd's being Franco, Kiki's being Michael's former love, LuLU not being Lu, and John being Silas Clay. This is taking time to absorb.:-)Getting back to KiKi, Morgan finds her defending Michael to lazy, irresponsible bro Morgan. Morgan is really mystified by her sudden change of heart. Kiki( Lauren) tells him about her dead dad coming back,etc.Yet, She,Morgan, and Michael have not heard that she could be an heir to THE Quartermaine fortune.Now that Jason's so-called twin has returned from his demise, it is going to get a little thorny for all. Lauren is so upset with her mom.She certainly has a right to be.
Alexis is going to bat for Sam as she fights in court to keep custody of Rafe. Yet, the strong -minded Diane is Silas's lawyer. She has ammunition to thwart Alexis' plan .Diane tells the judge that Sam has been an unfit mother because she was married to a mobster. She adds that Sam has not lived such a " pure life either." Rafe speaks up to say that Sam has been good to him, and he does not want to be with an uncle whom he does not know. All is put on hold for now..As Dr. Clay is leaving, he stops to look at baby Danny. He tells Sam that something is wrong with him. Will DR. Clay be able to help little Danny?I love these courtroom scenes with fiery Alexis and fiesty Diane. It's really rather realistic,yet,I keep remembering that these two were friends.
There is a long scene between Lauren's mom and Franco while he is in jail. Franco and she truly go at each other. Franco has figured out that Lauren's so- called mom is trying to get Lauren's rightful money... inheritance from her Great grandfather's estate.Franco tells the mom : " Lauren's not the only lost Quartermaine."This is leading to a battle between all who are involved in the Quartermaine feud. By the way, who tainted the pickle relish???
