General Hospital Update for Friday, 30-Aug-2013

It's Friday!! Or should I say it's Bombshell Friday!! All bombshells, all the time!
And what offerings does the chef have today? Let's see: Britt comes clean to Patrick and tells him that no, he's not the father of her baby; Dante and Lulu realize that there is something REALLY wrong with Maxie and her attachment to their baby (who STILL doesn't have a name, I might add); Spinelli confronts his Maxinista with the truth about the parenthood of said baby and a very small possibility is raised that perhaps AJ didn't kill Connie!
Whew! Almost forgot to mention that Ava's up to her old tricks again! She told Morgan that she knows why he broke all speed records getting Kiki to the altar and will keep his secret, but there's something he's got to do for her first!
Starting off at Windemere, we see that Patrick is confronting Britt. He's sick of all the games and since the news has come out about Dr. Obrecht being her mother, he has decided to sue her for sole custody of their baby.
Britt tells him that there's no way he can get custody--because he's not the father of the baby! A stunned Patrick yells at her about all the lies she's told over the last few months and then asks the question we're all asking: if HE's not the father then WHO IS?? (Duhhh) And more importantly, how do we know if this is true or not?
Over at GH, Maxie is out of bed and pays her daughter a visit in the nursery. She runs into a new nurse and tells her she's the baby's mother.
The nurse allows her to hold her and even sets Maxie up for breast feeding, when Spinelli rushes in and gets her back into bed.
Once they are back in Maxie's room, Spinelli confronts her. He tells his Maxinista that he knows everything about the baby--more importantly, he knows that he and Maxie, not Dante and Lulu, are her parents!
Maxie tries to deny it, but Spinelli tells her that Ellie told all. A hurt Spinelli tells her how he feels, which Maxie needed to hear.
AND, while this drama is playing out, Dante and Lulu are getting the news of Maxie's visit to the nursery from the same nurse!! They realize at this point that there are now issues and this situation is going to have to be dealt with--but it's going to be sad when they learn the truth.
Moving away from GH, we head over to the PCPD, where Diane is interviewing her latest client.
AJ tells her everything he remembers about the night Connie was murdered. He admits to remembering taking the gun out of the Quartermaine safe, going to the Crimson offices, and even pointing the gun at Connie--but he doesn't remember pulling the trigger!
Could someone else with a gun have been there--and if so, who?
Finishing up at the Q's boathouse, Morgan admits to Ava that he did rush Kiki to the altar so she wouldn't find out that she and Michael weren't related before they got married.
Ava tells him that some advance notice would have been nice (after all, she IS the mother of the bride) and she will keep his secret.
But, she tells him (after putting her hand on his knee), there's something he needs to do for her! (ewwwww)
After Ava leaves, Morgan walks outside and makes a shocking discovery on the ground: Tracy's gun!! Could it be Connie's murder weapon?
Who killed Connie? When will Dante and Lulu learn the truth about their daughter? When will she get a name? Who's Britt's baby daddy? Stay tuned!
