General Hospital Update for Friday, 4-Oct-2013

I would call today "Catch-up Day", for want of a better term--with a bombshell thrown in, because after all, it's FRIDAY!!
What happened? Obrecht caught Robin up on all things Port Charles; not knowing that Robert was also finding out what he missed; Alexis is slowly starting to realize that Julian Jerome could be Sam's father and Duke stumbles on a way to prove it once and for all; Carlos is not knowing when to back off with Sabrina, so she decides to put a stop to it once and for all and a dying Luke gets the hope of a cure, from a VERY unlikely source! Very busy day!
Starting off with Robin, we see her in her lab on Cassidine island, where she is working on a cure for Pallonium poisoning. She thinks it's for Jerry Jacks and has no idea that Luke is also ill.
Obrecht walks in with Ben, who she tells Robin is Britt AND Patrick's baby. (Liar, Liar pants on fire!!)
Anyway, Obrecht plays the ENTIRE Nurses' Ball DVD for Robin and drools over the part where Britt pops up on the stage telling everyone she's knocked up by Patrick!!
At this point, Obrecht goes into the entire Sabrina-Patrick-Britt triangle with Robin, telling her that she is out of the picture and has noone to go home to. Obrecht has to learn one thing: that you do NOT mess around with Anna Devane and you do NOT mess around with Anna Devane's daughter!!
Robin lures her over to her microscope and as she's looking at a slide, whacks her over the head! SEE YA!!
Elsewhere on Cassidine Island, Jerry is serving lunch to a dying Luke. He doesn't give away the identity of the doctor working on a cure, but tells him that once there is one, he is willing to give it to Luke--never saying what his price is. This should be interesting when Robin and Luke finally meet.....
Over at the creepy Swiss clinic where Obrecht is on staff, Robert has woken up from his coma!! An ecstatic Mac and Anna are with him and waste no time catching HIM up on all things Port Charles that happened during the year he was out. (Has it REALLY been a year??)
Mac leaves, and Anna is preparing to go, when Robert has a sudden memory flash over what happened in the clinic before he went into the coma: he remembers that ROBIN IS ALIVE!!!!!!!! He tells this to a stunned Anna....
Back in Port Charles, Alexis is becoming more and more convinced that Julian Jerome could be Sam's father, but has no way to prove it.
She meets with Duke, who tells her that there actually might be a way to prove this, even though Julian is dead (or so they think).
Duke explains to Alexis that Julian actually has a son: Lucas Jones, who they could possibly get a DNA sample from. Alexis remembers that Lucas is actually Bobbie's son, and he explains how he was adopted--so poss this could happen!
Finally, Carlos is still sending Sabrina flowers, and Sabrina has had enough. She goes to meet Carlos at Derek/Julian's office and tears both his love notes up in front of him. I don't think this will discourage him......
Will Robert and Anna find Robin? Will she be reunited with Patrick and Emma? What will happen to Sabrina if this happens? Will Luke survive? Stay tuned!
