on that level with Sonny that she is on with Nina. You lean on your best friend for support. That's what she did today. In order to get the support--she had to tell her the entire story. I don't think she will mind Nina running to Sonny about the Cyrus stuff. It is her husband. I highly doubt come Monday, Nina says anything about the picture and the message. She trusts her. That's why she confided in her.
Which is why I don't get why Anna is constantly running to Sonny and hasn't had a heart to heart with Felicia. Someone she has known for 38 years and the Godmother of one of her daughters. Unless I missed their scene. That's a friendship with a ton of history that should have resulted in meeting for coffee or a glass of wine to word vomit.
