A normal person with half a gnat's brain would have run away screaming when he laid out his plan and all she had to do. Esme didn't do that. She hopped her happy ass on a plane, went to Europe, found Spencer and we know the rest. If Esme's elevator went all the way to the top floor, she would not have happily done his bidding. At this point, I am just hoping they revisit the mysterious death of her adoptive parents as it has been alluded to that she was involved.
