When Sonny's memories returned, he also retained his Mike memories. He has already fallen in love with Nina but tried to be with Carly. It didn't work. Sonny opted not to throw Nina to the wolves and this angered Carly, Mykill, and Carly Jr. Sonny slept with Nina when Carly stood him up at the haunted star. Nina did not Jedi mind trick him or use a love potion. Sonny's choices were made of his own free will.

Carly lost her half of the hotel due to committing a crime after a tip she got from Mikey and Drew. She ignored her financial advisor's insistence that she not pull the trigger on the deal. Nina bought Carly's half of the hotel fair and square and offered to give it back to her. Now, I do not fault Carly for flat out refusing, but she is acting like Nina swooped in and took it via a hostile takeover.
This is the one that gets my goat. Carly lost her hotel and Nina bought it fair and square.
Lastly, WTF with these writers having Laura utter that Esme's small glove belonged to Nikolas? That was clearly a woman's glove. So we are to believe that the castle has an alarm system but no cameras? Mmmmmkay.
