She can't prove that Spencer gave Ace to his father. That is what I am explaining. I never said she can't call the police about Nikolas taking him away. It just depends. I suspect she will be running back to Heather who will urge her to do something bat $hit crazy.

Reporting Nikolas to the police does not mean Ace will be found anytime soon when you have a millionaire with a jet and a plethora of resources.
